• Vendor Access for move-in 6th Avenue• Friday Move-in August 2, 2013 3-8pm• Saturday load in ONLY before 6am August 3, 2013 • Vendor SET-UP Saturday August 3, 2013 6am-9am• No cars will be allowed access to the park after 6am Saturday August 3, 2013• Move-out Saturday August 3, 2013 8pm

Space size will be 10’ by 10’. Exhibitors must provide their own canopy, chairs, tables, sturdy display or shelves. Tents, chairs and tables may be rented, while supplies last. Exhibitors must be prepared for sun, wind and rain, and are responsible for making their tents sturdy against wind, rain, etc., by using items such as weights and/or sandbags. No tie downs are allowed.

If the exhibitor requires an electrical outlet, please let us know ahead of time andevent staff will attempt to accommodate requests. Exhibitors must supply at least 100 feet of extension cord. All extension cords used at the festival must be the heavy-duty, three wire type. No wire extension cords are allowed. Living Well Events and Production doesn’t have cord covers, and will use cord covers at its discretion.

Term and Conditions

All Vendors selling food or product at the festival please fill out the Vendor Questionnaire below and pay $50 before or on July 31, 2013 and present business license for Park Staff during Event can be faxed to 615-435-3465 or emailed to [email protected]

1.All of the exhibitor’s booth and display, including chairs, must be placed within the confines of the space. Nothing is to be placed in the aisles.

2. Exhibitors will be notified when they get their specific space assignment.

3. Exhibitors may not sublet or apportion space to anyone else.

4. The exhibit spaces are located outdoors during daytime hours, therefore sufficient light isprovided for adequate general illumination for exhibitor’s space.

5. The exhibitor’s booth must be open and staffed during all festival hours. An exhibitor absent from their booth, arriving late, leaving before closing or breaking down during show hours may be refused entrance to future festivals.

6. Exhibitors must abide by all fire regulations and/or decisions of the representatives of local fire departments. All booth materials should be in accordance with local fire regulations. 7. No open flames are permitted.

8. Nothing shall be nailed, stapled or otherwise fixed to the ground, park or building walls.

9. Exhibitor’s booth must not interfere with adjacent exhibits in any way.

10. All exhibits are to be in keeping with the overall family-oriented theme of the festival.

11. All exhibitors are responsible for keeping their area clean during show hours, including clean-upat end of show. All displays should be neat and clean.

12.Exhibitors shall be liable for delivery, handling, erection and removal of all their belonging.

Application Procedure

1. The application form must be filled out in complete and signed by the Vendor.

2. Exhibitors may only serve food or present the material indicated on the application.

3. Indicate the price range of the work on the application.

4. Deadline for receipt of entries is July 31, 2013. Exhibitors must check in with a staff member toobtain their booth space before setting up their exhibit. 5. Fees will be for each event booth space and includes tax.

6. All balances must be paid in full by August 2, 2013. There are no refunds for cancellations, lessthan 90 days prior to event.

6. Living Well Events and Production or I am Engine will not be liable for refunds or any liabilities whatsoever for the failure to fulfill this contract due to reasons before or during the festival destroyed by fire or other calamity, by any act of God, public enemy, strikes, statues, ordinances or any legal authority, or any cause beyond its control.

7. Exhibitor is responsible for collecting Tennessee sales tax to the Department of Revenue from all sales. The exhibitor is responsible for filling out the report and returning it to the local Department of Revenue.

Privacy Policy

We respect the exhibitors’ privacy and will never sell or trade names, mailing addresses or e-mail addresses. However, Living Well Events and Production frequently receives requests for exhibitor contact information from the public, and will furnish phone numbers, websites and/or e-mail addresses upon such request unless the exhibitor has indicated their preference to keep their contact informationprivate on the application.
