Farmer complained that the parcel is only temporarily covered with water.He stated that in the greater part of the year, parcel is not covered withwater and normaly is used for grazing
The PA have investigated the facts using images from Sentinel2 in orderto determine the authenticity of the farmer`s statement.
Sentinel2 images from different periods of the year (02.06., 02.07., 31.08.And 30.09.2016) were viewed. It was found that the farmer does notspeak the truth, and that the southwestern part of the parcel, during thewhole observed period was covered with water and could not be used foragricultural activities, and is therefore unacceptable for payment.
In the specific case, during OTSC is found that part of the parcel in an area of 4.3 ha is under water and thus unacceptable for payment.
