2015/2016 YOA objective To raise awareness of the importance of Cub Scouts accessing adventurous activities and providing opportunities for young people within this section to experience adventure at an appropriate level for their age and ability.

‘Our Journey’ resource•Downloadable recourses packed full of challenging activities and fun ideas to be used throughout the year and help plan for each event.
•All available for download early 2015 to help with planning
Thanks party – Jan to March •An event planned to enable today’s Cub Scouts to say thank you to leaders past and present
A local adventure camp •Each Cub Scout to have the opportunity to attend an adventure camp•The camps to have an adventure theme •Events to be organised at County, District or Pack/Group depending on local circumstances •Sometime between April and October
Promise parties •Only event with a set date – 19:16 on Friday 16th December •End of year celebration event for Cub Scouts and leaders•Opportunity to renew our Promise at 19:16
