ILLUMINATED – All signage will be illuminated for 18 hours each day.Unobstructed visibility to northbound E. 9th Street traffic which serves as a major corridor for thousands of daily downtown workers. The outdoor advertising space is also visible to drivers coming into the city on I-77 North as well as westbound innerbelt traffic.In addition to traffic exposure the outdoor space also has unobstructed visibility year round to hundreds of thousands of sports fans coming to the downtown Gateway District to cheer on the professional baseball and basketball teams in the neighborhood.
