Introduction
Welcome to the world of designing new milieus in the field of
Education. New Creation invites Individuals/ Organizations/
Educational institutes who are inclined to learn, unlearn and
relearn the process of Learning! It is a common platform to
share and care for the development of a child into responsible,
self reliant and compassionate individual.
The Who and How of New Creation
The history of Sri Aurobindo International School dates back to 1967, when
Late Prof. Vedre Madhusudan Reddy, (UNESCO Fellow, Fullbright Asian
Professor and visiting scholar) Dept. of Philosophy, Osmania University,
Hyderabad, sketched a humble plan to start a school and help children
evolve, under the flagship of INSTITUTE OF HUMAN STUDY. The
institute is engaged in providing suitable environment and resources to learn
about human life through the writings of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother of
Puducherry. What started as simple Kindergarten School then, is now a
sought after school in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad,
known for its alternative practices of learning, which follows a curriculum
of Integral Education. The vast experience of fifty years helped the school to
extend its wings into a Residential set up called the New Creation a Free
Progress School located in the natural vistas at Champak Hills, Jangaon, 80
km away from Hyderabad.
The Institute of Human Study, chaired by Dr. V. Ananda Reddy ,not only
runs the above mentioned schools but also Sri Aurobindo Centre for
Advanced Research (SACAR) at Puducherry apart from a ADITI
GURULUL, a free school for the less privileged at Jangaon.
