Impact Measurement Framework based on the Theory of Change

It can sound complex and academic, but the most simple explanation is that a Theory of Change describes the relationship between the activities that are being undertaken, and the impacts that are generated by those activities.

It can be described using a detailed map, visualisation, or flow-chart diagram, or a narrative story of how change is created
