Abstract. A total presents the results of treatment of 101 children presenting with bronchial asthma. Positive influence of the combined use of deep oscillation and physical rehabilitation on clinical and functional condition of the patients was improved during the investigation. Dynamics of falling of the bronchial obstruction was apprized by analyzing of function of respiratory system and peak expiratory flow measurement. A rationale has been developed for the application of the pro-posed therapeutic strategy to the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.

Key words: bronchial asthma, deep oscillation, physical rehabilitation, breathing excursion of chest, function of respiratory system, peak expiratory flow measurement.

Abstract. The radical resection of chest gland is accompanied by development postmastectomy syndrome for which treatment various methods of physical therapy from an arsenal of regenerative medicine as the standard method of treatment doesn't possess sufficient efficiency are offered. It is proved that various methods of physiotherapy have specific influence on pathological reactions postmastectomy syndrome. The pneumocompression reduces puffiness of the top extremity an elbow joint, the psychotherapy reduces depression level, the phototherapy reduces viscosity of blood and improves hemostasis parameters, Hypoxemic training promotes increase in speed of carrying out of an impulse on an elbow nerve, improves quality of life.

Key words: postmastectomy syndrome, reconstructive correction, methods of physical therapy.

Abstract. Now the estimation of quality of life becomes more and more important in estimation of treatment of illnesses of brain. In neurooncology the greatest distribution was received with Karnofsky scale. Definition quality of life of patients gets the important independent value and allows to reveal side benefits or lacks of spent treatment. At a correct choice of surgical method it is possible to achieve significant improvement of quality of life of patients, despite of weight of condition at receipt.

Key words: quality of life, a hydrocephaly, brain tumors.

Abstract. The article is devoted to the examination, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with the presence of denervation changes of pelvic floor muscles in disorders of urination and erection. On the basis of their own mate-rial with a needle electromyography in 14 healthy volunteers, designed regulatory framework for the electromyo-graphic activity of pelvic floor muscles and the corticospinal tract conduction. A total of 72 patients: lower urinary tract diseases with disorders of urination 29, idiopathic erectile dysfunction 28 and 15 patients who applied with erectile dysfunction and urinary arising after previous surgery for prostate diseases. The needle EMG changes were observed in patients with chronic inflammatory changes in lower urinary tract symptoms in the experimental muscle denervation are minimal and no significant alteration of MUP. Patients with pelvic pain and erectile dysfunction de-tected changes of MUP and the state of muscle fibers in neuretic type, as evidenced by the increase in the average values of the amplitude and duration on the background of the current denervation process. Similar results were ob-tained in patients with urinary incontinence in most cases there were signs of the current denervation process. The group of patients undergoing surgery revealed gross disturbances as the conduction of spinal tract and disorders of the contractile ability of pelvic floor muscles. Denervation revealed changes in the pelvic floor muscles need to be considered in the overall assessment of patients with erectile dysfunction and urination, as well as in the choice of treatment. In the treatment of patients, we are widely used drugs that enhance the nutrition and conductivity of nerve tissue, as well as extracorporeal magnetic stimulation of the muscles of the perineum. In the studied patients groups an increase in the velocity urination parameters on average 13.3% decrease in residual urine volume by 25 50%. In neurophysiological study stated improving the conductivity of corticospinal tract by 13.5%, reducing the number of polyphase MUP.

Key words: neurogenic disorders of urination, erection, contractility of perineal muscles, corticospinal tract.

Abstract. In work results catamnestic analysis of influence of various methods of treatment sick of an ischemic heart trouble on risk of development of a repeated myocardial infarction are presented. The analysis of risk of development of a repeated myocardial infarction was carried by results of investigation of 298 men who have transferred a myocardial infarc-tion. Patients accepted various classes of medicinal preparations and passed a course of rehabilitational treatment with use of adaptation to periodic altitude chamber hypoxia or employment by physiotherapy exercises.

It was fixed factors of high risk at the patient diabetes mellitus, an arterial hypertensia, dislipidemia (including rising VLDL-C), presence painlessness and a painful ischemia of a myocardium at daily monitoring, depression of a stroke output less than 60 ml, augmentation of mass of a myocardium of a left ventricle more than 180 g, fraction of emission less than 55 %. A method of adaptation to periodic altitude chamber a hypoxia it is essential more than usual physiotherapy exercises, influences improvement of the forecast of patients transferred a myocardial infarction.

Abstract. The paper presents data on the characteristics of the pre-menopausal woman's life, depending on individual constitutional peculiarities of reproductive system, in particular, from stereofunctional and chronophysiological its organi-zation. Established hormonal predictors of menopause syndrome, and showed decrease melatonin levels in daily urine. In 96% patients who have used in addition to traditional treatment of menopausal symptoms, therapy with light deprivation, prolonged treatment results is provided. The proposed method to prevention and treatment neurovegetative form of climac-teric syndrome, helped to reduce the pharmacological stress in the women, to accelerate the remission time, and improve the woman's life.

Keywords: premenopausal, menopause, reproductive system, morphological and functional asymmetry, lateral behavioral phenotype, chronotype, melatonin, light deprivation.

Abstract. Aim: studying of some biochemical indicators at healthy fertile age women and women with of iron deficiency (on an example of Bukhara area). Research methods: with use of the unified and developed methods hematological and biochemical methods in Bukhara fertile age women with a normal hemoglobin index and with deficiency of iron. Results: it is shown that there are certain pathological fluctuations in some hematological biochemical indicators and essentials haemopoetic microcells at women fertile age at development in them iron deficiency conditions. In particular hypoproteinemia, hypoferremia, hypozincemia, hypocupremia, and also hypertransferrinemia.

Keywords: women fertile age, hypoproteinemia, hypoferremia, hypozinemia, hypocupremia, hypertransferrinemia.

Abstract. This article reviews of recent publications about robots applications in neuroreabilitation and additionally presents five years our experience of robotic rehabilitation of neurological end neurosurgical patients of National Medical Surgery Pirogov Center. Robotic-assisted rehabilitation is one of the most perspective methods to correction of locomotor dysfunctions, results of its application is no without controversy. It is important to accumulate data and analysis.
