    Conditions

    1. All jumping classes will be judged in accordance to BSJA rules

    2. The committee reserve the right to refuse any entry or alter the schedulewithout assigning a reason or without prior notice.

    3. No entry will be refunded unless the secretary is noti ed in writing notlater than 48hrs prior to the commencement of the show.

    4. No person shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner,lessee, authorised agent or rider to compete or be prepared to compete inany show jumping competition without taking adequate precautions toensure that members of the public are not put at risk of injury.

    5. Galloping/cantering in non-competitive areas is strictly forbidden; failureto comply could mean ejection from the show without refund of entries.

    6. Hard hats conforming to BS EN1384, ASTMF1163, PAS 015 must be worn withthe chin strap securely fastened at all times when mounted.

    7. Riding or Jodhpur boots must be worn when mounted; no spikes or studdedshoes may be worn by handlers.

    8. The correct standard of dress must be worn in all classes i.e. Jacket andjodhpurs.

    9. All riders must ensure that long hair is tied back above the collar.

    10. Objections must be made in writing within 30 minutes of an incident &accompanied by a 20 deposit, which is returned should the objection besustained.

    11. All persons on the show eld attend/compete at their own risk, thecommittee and land owners are not responsible for any incident may occurto any horse, rider, dog, handler, spectator, vehicles or property.

    12. Where age is mentioned, proof of age may be required.

    13. All ridden horses must be 4yrs and over.

    14. All competitors are expected to be suitably insured for all events.

    15. The show organisers strongly recommend that after any fall a visit to themedical centre is made before continuing.

    16. Failure to comply with any of the above conditions or the wishes of theshow of cials may result in ejection from the eld without refund of entries.

    17. The decision of the committee on any point not covered above is FINAL

    This show is af liated to The Coloured Horse & Pony Society (UK). Bothowner and the rider/exhibitor need not be a member of CHAPS (UK) nor

    must the horse or pony be registered with CHAPS (UK) to compete.

    The CHAPS (UK) Championship Show will be held on29th-31st August 2013. Shows held on or after date of Championship Show will count as 2014 quali ers. Members to apply in writing to CHAPS (UK)

    for appropriate quali er card.

    The following classes are CHAPS (UK) Quali ers class 35, 36 and 37.For full rulings and information on competition/quali cation,

    please refer to the CHAPS (UK) Members Handbook;or visit www.chapsuk.com for rulings.

    All stallions entering these classes must be graded or valid FirstStage Approved with CHAPS (UK). First stage approved stallions are

    Class 38 - Prelim 19 (2008) Combined TrainingJumping to be done in Ring B Class 10a (2ft 6in) 2 phase.Entry fee 14 to cover both dressage and jumping.

    Maximum 15 Entries.

    Class 39 - Prelim 15 (2008)Entry Fee 8.00.

    Class 40 Novice 27 (2007)Entry Fee 8.00.

    Arena B - 40 x 20

    Class 41 - Walk and Trot Intro A (2008)14yrs and under. Entry Fee 8.00

    Class 42 - Walk and Trot Test Intro A (2009)15yrs and over. Entry Fee 8.00.

    Class 43 - Percentage TestPrelim 18 (2002) or Novice 24 (2002)

    Competitors may ride either test and the highestpercentage wins.

    Jumping to be done in Ring B Class 11a 2 phase.Entry fee 14 to cover both dressage and jumping.

    of Great Britain on Friday 4th- Sunday 6th October 2013.

    To qualify you must achieve 58% or over in either class.
