Dear Parents/GuardiansI trust you had a wonderful weekend with your family.
This is the last week of the 6irst quarter. I can’t believe how fast it has gone by. Please remind your children to 6inish strong and keep or earn their Top Tiger status. I wanted to
remind you that we have two half days this week, Thursday and Friday. The students will be dismissed at 12:40 both days. We will be running an advisory schedule on Tuesday
and Wednesday this week due to the end of the quarter schedule. Have a wonderful break with your family.

AnnouncementsSTAND UP AGAINST BULLYINGMHS will celebrate our annual Stand Up Against Bullying event on Wednesday, October 22nd. The celebration will take place during lunch and students will have the opportunity to participate in several
activities that encourage bystanders to take a stand against bullying-‐behavior. MHS would like to invite any community businesses to join our celebration. Please contact Angela Wagner-‐Gabbard at 520-‐616-‐6400 to make arrangements.
FLU SHOT OPPORTUNITYThe Marana High School Health OfPice would like to offer Plu shots to students this year. Due to our vaccine source, we can only provide the shots for students with no health insurance, AHCCCS, Kids Care, or Indian Health Services. We would like to get a ballpark idea of how many students would be interested so we will know how many doses to order. The shots will be free for those who qualify. Please call the health ofPice at (520) 616-‐6400 Extension #2 if you are interested.
