About Manic Trout Manic Trout pieces have appeared in

Locally and hand made: Manic Trout creates looks that are colorful and

unique! Founder, jeweler, designer and independent artist behind all of Manic

Trout’s handmade pieces is Sierra Bailey.

Her slogan: “Jewelry for Life’s Manic

Moments” truly describes the way her jewelry can make any outfit perfectly

polished for an “on-the-go” girl.

About Sierra Sierra became inspired to form Manic Trout after years of collecting fragments and baubles from flea markets and antique shops. All those bits and pieces she had been gathering became the catalyst for a new line of jewelry that combines vintage and modern elements in exciting new ways. Manic Trout is the culmination of combining the old and the new, the sought after and the collected elements she discovered and amassed over the years during her travels. Mixing the romantic flair of vintage with colorful whimsy is her signature. For lovers of unique, handmade jewelry, Sierra makes sure that everything old is indeed new again. Having received her BFA from Syracuse University in computer graphics, her creative platform morphed into jewelry in 2003 and she began her Manic Trout online store in 2006. Her blog, Her Daily Muse describes her design inspirations and life in Austin, Texas. !

Greek Life everywhere! • Communicate with your supervisor • Manage a team of College Ambassadors by communicating and planning events on

Manic Trout’s Responsibilities: !-Deliver orders in a timely manner -Serve in the best interest of the customer -Clearly define Marketing Representative’s and College Ambassador’s roles and responsibilities -Notify both the Marketing Representatives and College Ambassador’s of upcoming changes, promotions, and strategies that should be implemented on their campus -Be available to answer questions regarding Manic Trout products and The Sorority Collection -Respond to problems in the market and work with Manic Trout Marketing Representatives and College Ambassadors to find and implement solutions -Compensate Marketing Representatives in the decided manner -Acknowledge College Ambassador’s efforts and create opportunity for growth within position and company -Give guidance and provide the resources for success to both the Marketing Representatives and the College Ambassadors -Actively listen to new ideas proposed by both the Marketing Representatives and the College Ambassadors -Give letters of recommendation and aid Marketing Representatives and College Ambassadors in their resume building skills -Send in donations to the sorority’s national philanthropies in the decided manner -Maintain a fun and encouraging atmosphere for individuals to learn and flourish in

It is important to Manic Trout that their Marketing Representatives are dedicated and passionate about philanthropic endeavors and are in this business to help sororities’ national philanthropies around the nation. It is also important for Manic Trout to reward their Marketing Representatives for all their time and effort put into promoting the brand. After you sell 5 pieces of jewelry you will: -Receive a test collection (including pieces from each chapter) -Receive 5% of the sales from each additional item sold After you sell 50 pieces of jewelry you will receive: -A free piece of jewelry from Manic Trout OR -An additional donation to your sorority’s national philanthropy in your name !
