Plumbing system: PERT or PEX pipes for hot & cold water internally & PVC pressure pipes for cold water externally. 6.7. Pressure pump from an underground water tank will supply water to the whole plumbing system. 6.8 One central lift will be installed to serve first and second floor6.9. CCTV camera system in the garden and parking area. 6.10. Technical rooms will be provided for electrical & pumps as per M&E Engineer’s recommendations. 6.11. Bathroom accessories will be supplied to all bathrooms. 6.12. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and Living room.6.13.
