5.2. Waterproofing & roofs 5.2.1. Double layer waterproofing membrane will be laid on flat roofs and single layer pitched roofs where required.

5.3. Waste drainage 5.3.1. Complete sewer system, with manholes, gully traps, grease traps, to be connected in public sewer network. Septic tank and dispersed through an absorption pit.

5.4. External works 5.4.1. Asphaltic concrete and/or paving bricks will be laid in driveway & parking with precast concrete kerbs on edges.

5.4.2. Paving slab or brushed finish in situ concrete to walkway. 5.4.3. Tempered frameless glass balustrade to terrace as per drawings. 5.4.4. Instant lawn planting & full landscaping will be done everywhere possible. 5.4.5. Automatic gate will be supplied. 5.4.6. Visitors parking will be allowed. 5.4.7. Automatic irrigation system will be provided to all planting areas as far as possible.

6.Amenities6.1. Provisions will be made for satellite TV in living rooms and master bedrooms. 6.2. Ceiling light fittings will be supplied as per electrical drawings 6.3. Quantities of toilets, WHB, Baths, showers and glass doors, sink & appropriate mixers will be supplied as showed in the drawings. 6.4. Air conditioning installation in all bedrooms 6.5. 250lts solar water heater will be provided per apartments. 6.6. Plumbing system: PERT or PEX pipes for hot & cold water internally & PVC pressure pipes for cold water externally. 6.7. Pressure pump from an underground water tank will supply water to the whole plumbing system. 6.8 One central lift will be installed to serve first and second floor6.9. CCTV camera system in the garden and parking area. 6.10. Technical rooms will be provided for electrical & pumps as per M&E Engineer’s recommendations. 6.11.
