British Car Club Meeting Tuesday, February 19, 2019 Paddock Golf Dome 17 Members in attendance

Opening President Skip Gould called meet-

ing to order at 7:57 p.m., wel-comed everyone.

Skip asked if there were any cor-rections to the minutes of Janu-ary’s meeting;there were none. Pat Hain made a motion to accept minutes as in Oilspot and George Barbari seconded the motion. Mo-tion accepted.

Thank you to Sue Magro for put-ting this Putt Putt outing together.

Treasurer: Sue Magro Sue read treasurer report, outgoing was check to Dave Dill for website.

Membership: Barbara & Don Cri-toph Not in attendance. No new members reported.

Programs: Tom Luksch, Todd Schupbach - not in attendance Karen spoke about the Blahs party that they are hosting on Saturday, March 2nd. Regalia: Rick Magro Has no merchandise with him.

Webmaster: Dave Dill Dave would like a little information regarding Euro Car Day that indi-viduals will be able to click on and it

will take them right to the flyer.

Newsletter: Linda Kula - Not pre-sent.

Historian: Bill Bickerton - Not in attendance

Meet Up: Skip Gould We have 93 members, updated this month’s activity. We received bill for meet-up will see if we can get a sponsor for the dues.

Technical Sessions Coordinator: Randy McPhee Randy needed a bracket for his ra-diator, found someone who did a good job. Suggested having a list-ing of good mechanics to be put in newsletter. Would be helpful to have a rating system attached to mechanic or business who worked on member’s car.

Euro Car Day Chairperson: George Barbari Tom Luksch will be doing flyers, tro-phies. Need volunteers to go to other car clubs to let them know about Euro Car Day. If interested please call George.

Old Business: Charities for donations – Donation Committee recommended the fol-lowing charities to receive $500.00 each: Hospice, Family Justice Cen-ter of Erie County, Friends of Night People, Inc. Sue Magro will issue

the check for each of those chari-ties. These charities will be on the Euro Car Day flyer so that sponsors know who received proceeds for 2018 car show.

New Business: Karen stated that the winter blahs

party will be on Saturday, March 2nd starting at 6:00 p.m. at 6237 Transit Road, Lockport NY at the Woodlands Community Center. Please RSVP by Thursday, Febru-ary 25th by calling 716-439-0007 or email [email protected]. Please bring a dish to pass - either a main dish, appetizer, salad or dessert. If you want an alcoholic beverage, please bring your own. Punch, soft drinks and water will be available.

Also, Karen reminded everyone about the Harbor Belle, a two hour cruise on the Genesee River on a paddle boat for $16.00 per person. Karen has reserved the boat for June 15th, it can hold 200 people so please feel to invite family and friends also. More information will be in Oilspot.

Motion for adjournment made by Randy McPhee seconded by Dave Dill. Meeting adjourned at 8:31 p.m. motion carried.

tise attendant to the restoration and preservation of all British marques.
