Reason for high demand of Sitaram Spinners products?The usage of the best quality spandex brands like Creora/Lycra reduces

the breakages to less than 0.5 breaks/1000 spindle/Hr.

If the guide roller senses that the spandex is missing, It commands the back roller thereby roving is automatically stopped. This ensures not even a single gram is spun, without spandex.

Twin Disc Splicer:It gives better yarn

strength while splicing, lesser breakage and improves loom efficiency.

winding to make the full cone or cheese of yarn.

The bobbin having spandex missing can be separated and hence preventing the yarn to be

used for manufacturing the fabric, which has spandex missing.

Fluorescent spandex (Creora special technology).In the process of wrapping Spandex with cotton yarn, if UV type spandex is used, it can be swiftly found whether

the core spandex is broken by using a portable UV flash(or the UV light in the dark room), contributing to the

decrease in the CSY defect.

It is possible to check by using the light in the room during the spinning work and also to check whether there is

any core void or exposure of the core from the centre of the yarn at the stage before packing the finished product.
