micrometer, outside micrometer, Bore gauge, Pie tape, Measurement tape, slip gauge, feeler gauge, Thread plug gauge and DFT meter.

Work Experience

Working with REGEN POWERTECH PVT LTD, from May 2011 to present.Designation: Vendor TQM Engineer (Heavy fabrication and casting team).

Roles and Responsibilities: Raw material inspection & MTC’s review. Perform/Review of welder qualification certificates – WPS, PQR & WPQ. HDG inspection of cellular tower, wind mill tower platforms and internals. Witness of HDG tests (knife, hammer, strip and mass of zinc) in laboratories. Witness NDT – UT/MPT/PT for L & C seam joints of fabrication components. Preparation of weld maps. Witness of stress relieving process. Review of machining processes. Developing of Inspection gauges and templates for easy and lot inspection. Witness of surface preparation and review of painting process. Analysis of field complaints & in-house quality problems. Proper documentation and maintenance of records, related to Inspection and NCR.

Regular follow up with the vendors for getting quality supply with value added.

Education Qualification

B.E (Mechanical) from JNTU UNIVERSITY, Anantapur in 2011. Intermediate from State board of intermediate education, Hyderabad in 2007 SSC from board of secondary education, Hyderabad in 2005.

ASNT Level II- UT,MPI & LPI
