from reception and, of course, this newsletter on a weekly basis!

Every resident is required to complete an Online Room Inventory Report,
so that we have a record of the condition of your room upon your
check-in.
It is in your best interests to complete and submit this form to us, as upon
your checkout, your room will be inspected and any damage (even small
marks on walls) will be charged to you.
You will need to complete this online form via
the Portal: http://starrez.deakin.edu.au/
StarRezPortal/
Check your email for a full cheat sheet on
how to submit the form.
This form will only be available on line until

If you do not complete it, we will assume that you consider your room
and all contents to be in very good condition.

It is resident’s responsibility to empty both bins in their units/apartments
before they get too full.
For MB ressies, please empty them into the rubbish
and recycling shoots at the end of your hallways.
For BSV ressies, please empty your rubbish and
recycling into the bigger bins outside of your
laundry.
The cleaners will empty your rubbish bins each time they clean, but they will
not touch recycling. They also cannot dispose of your rubbish if the bags are
too full.
Emptying your bins on a regular basis will ensure your unit stays hygienic and
that your bags of rubbish will fit in the shoots and bigger bins.
To ensure all of your mail arrives at the Resi Office, please use one of the
