Dear All,  I will be out of office from July 6 to 31, 2016. In my absence, Mr. Renan Torno will be the focal point for QA/QC matters and he will be assisted by Ms. Maria Soumpasi in DIP office .    These are the assignment of the following persons: 

Waterfront (DWF):  1. Roshan Khan (contact no. 0524327943) will lead the QC inspections in Waterfront under the supervision of 

Mr. Rolando Bongcasan. 

DAS:  1. Renan Torno (contact no. 0566144701) will lead the QC team in DAS and will be responsible for the 

activities in piling works, retaining wall and quay wall. He will be responsible for any concrete quality issues.2. Rolando Bongcasan (contact no. 0566149245) will handle the revetment activities and soil improvement, 

gathering of data and updating records. He will also responsible in the approval of PR & MR in APICS for Quality.
