Overview

1) You want to roll out the best available Wi-Fi solution.

2) The ProWinet solution will deliver a simple, quality Wi-Fi service to you who will in turn offer Wi-Fi without charge (Free) to guests.

3) Both new and returning customers will be directed to an Intelligent Captive Portal (splash page). These pages will be customised to deliver and advertise local promotions and messages directly to your guest’s device.

4) “Powerful Live Analytics” (Odyssys) based on customer Wi-Fi interactions will be continually available to You and appropriate training will be delivered to You Marketing departments and any You associates for analytics review.

5) The level of detail delivered by Odyssys will be of a quality to allow you to design custom marketing campaigns and complete customer trend analysis based on statistics.

6) There will be a cost associated to the project and to recoup this cost, the Wi-Fi solution must allow you to monetise and therefore see a return on this investment.

1. 24 x 7 Site Monitoring can form part of the solution where the technical health of the site

will be continually monitored, down to individual Wi-Fi Access Points. This is particularly useful to Duty Managers and front of house staff. Should there be any outages, staff can quickly see whether the issue is localised to a particular room area or it is a general outage.

2. A dedicated ProWinet staff member will co-ordinate the solution rollout and will also manage any technical issues going forward. To date, with upwards of 50 installations completed, there have been practically zero customer issues post installation on any site.

Statistics as outlined above can be a new and invaluable tool for you to discretely cross and up sell to guests. Guest information is gathered in a non-intrusive manner and of course, Good Information and Powerful Analytics really do make the difference by showing a return on the investment made in your Quality Wi-Fi Solution.

Captive Portal Example Captive portals are another way to describe intelligent landing pages. When a guest registers to the Wi-Fi service, they are redirected to a Captive Portal that can be customised for each property. Captive Portals can be used to great effect and are a mechanism for delivering your message directly to your customer’s device. Some examples are below.
