UVOD

Futura Plus, najveći domaći lanac kioska i najveći distributer štampanih medija u regionu, predstavlja mladu, modernu, proaktivnu i dinamičnu kompaniju. Stalno unapređujemo naše poslovanje najnovijim softverskim rešenjima sa ciljem da obezbedimo kvalitetne i pravovremene usluge, kako našim kupcima, tako i dobavljačima i ostalim poslovnim partnerima.

O snazi i mogućnostima Future plus najbolje govore sledeći podaci: 1.200 maloprodajnih objekata u 35 gradova Srbije, 200 dostavnih vozila, 12 regionalnih centara i 2.700 prodavaca čine kompetitivne prednosti koje nas jasno izdvajaju u odnosu na konkurenciju. Činjenica da vršimo svakodnevnu isporuku na preko 2.000 maloprodajnih objekata, kako u sopstvenoj mreži, tako i eksternim kupcima, dokaz je da je naša kompanija lider u maloprodaji i distribuciji.

Stalni razvoj i unapređenje poslovanja naša su svakodnevica.

Pomno pratimo zahteve tržišta i prilagođavamo im se promenama u organizaciji poslovanja, unapređenjem kadrova i razvojem novih usluga. Nedavno razvijeni POS terminal učiniće naš kiosk multifunkcionalnim prodajnim mestom, gde će kupci moći, ne samo da u prolazu kupe sve što im je potrebno, već i da tu kupovinu obave platnim karticama, plate račune za struju i komunalije, dopune kredit za svoj mobilni telefon ili se okušaju u igrama na sreću. Isti terminal omogućiće i robno praćenje svih magacina i maloprodajnih objekata.

Stalnim ulaganjem u obuku i razvoj svakog od 3.500 zaposlenih i stvaranjem stimulativne radne sredine, cilj nam je da Futuru plus učinimo omiljenim mestom za rad.

INTRODUCTION

Futura Plus, the biggest kiosk chain and print media distributor in the region is a young, modern, proactive and dynamic company. We constantly improve our business with the latest software solutions with a view to provide a high-quality and forehand service both to our customers and our suppliers, as well as to other business partners.

The following data speak best of the company’s strength and prospective: 1,200 retail shops in 35 towns in Serbia, 200 delivery vehicles, 12 regional centres and 2,700 sellers are the competitive advantages distinguishing us clearly from the competition. The fact that we have daily deliveries to over 2,000 retail shops in our network and to external customers as well explains why we are the leading company in the retail trade and distribution.

A constant development and improvement of our business make our daily tasks.

We respond to the demands of the market by organizational changes, personnel development and development of new services. The recently developed POS terminal makes our kiosk a multifunctional retail place, where customers can buy everything they need on their way, as well as to effect the payment with credit cards, pay bills for electricity and public utilities, prepay mobile phone or buy lottery. The same terminal provides the monitoring of the commodity status in all warehouses and retail shops.

By constant investments in training and development of all of 3,500 employees and creation of a stimulating working environment, we aim at making Futura plus the favourite place to work.

Our market position is the result of merging of tradition and experience with new technologies and a new business approach. We have set up the standards and we aim at extending the same quality of business to the region.

ABOUT FUTURA PLUS

The company Futura plus was established in 2004. Its main business activity is the wholesale and retail sale of tobacco products, press, lottery and consumer goods.

The owners of Futura plus are Danish EMI and German media giant WAZ.

The company’s local wide presence is a result of merging of four companies, which were in the past the synonyms of kiosk trade: Politika prodaja, Duvan, Duvanpromet - Kragujevac and Poslovni klub Borba.

The integration of all enterprises into a unique company was completed on November 30, 2006.

The need to develop a unique corporative identity has been recognized, on the basis of which each retail sales outlet has obtained a recognizable and uniform looks, which makes it an attractive sales outlet with visibly and clearly displayed goods and top sold products, with kind sellers wearing uniforms.

For relatively short time, Futura Plus became a national leader in kiosk retail sales and press distribution. Contracts of general distribution of print media have been concluded with numerous publishers, while tobacco products are purchased directly from producers or their exclusive distributors in our country.

Futura Plus aims at maintaining the leading position in the local market and to extend to the neighbouring countries such as Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Owing to a modern car fleet and well organized distribution, Futura plus daily delivers goods to all its retail outlets accurately and with minimal costs. Along with wholesale and retail sale, a considerable segment of business activity belongs to the wholesale of print media and consumers goods as well. The Company’s business is organized through twelve regional units: seven regional and five depot centres.

O FUTURI PLUSPrivredno društvo Futura plus osnovano je 2004. godine. Osnovna delatnost društva je trgovina na veliko i malo duvanskim proizvodima, štampom, vrednosnicama i kiosk robom.

Vlasnici Future plus su danski EMI i nemački medijski gigant WAZ (VAC).

Svoju sadašnju nacionalnu rasprostranjenost kompanija prvenstveno duguje spajanju četiri nekadašnja giganta, sinonima za trgovinu putem kioska: „Politika prodaja”, „Duvan”, „Duvanpromet - Kragujevac” i „Poslovni klub Borba”.

Integracija svih preduzeća u jedinstvenu kompaniju završena je 30. novembra 2006. godine.

Prepoznata je potreba za izgradnjom jedinstvenog korporativnog identiteta i na osnovu toga je svaki maloprodajni objekat dobio prepoznatljiv uniformni izgled, koji označava atraktivno prodajno mesto sa pregledno i jasno izloženom robom i najprodavanijim artiklima, gde kupca očekuje ljubazno i uniformisano prodajno osoblje.

Futura plus je za relativno kratko vreme postala nacionalni lider u maloprodaji putem kioska, kao i u distribuciji štampe. Sa brojnim izdavačima potpisani su ugovori o generalnoj distribuciji štampanih medija, dok se duvanski proizvodi isključivo nabavljaju direktno od proizvođača ili njihovih ekskluzivnih distributera u našoj zemlji.

Futura Plus ima za cilj da zadrži lidersku poziciju na domaćem tržištu i da se proširi na zemlje u okruženju, poput Crne Gore i BiH.

Zahvaljujući savremenom voznom parku i dobro organizovanoj distribuciji, Futura plus sa velikom tačnošću i uzminimalne troškove isporučuje robu na sva svoja prodajna mesta. Pored maloprodaje i distribucije, značajan segment poslovanja predstavlja i veleprodaja štampanih medija i kiosk robe. Poslovanje kompanije organizovano je putem dvanaest regionalnih jedinica: sedam regionalnih centara i pet depo centara.

MALOPRODAJA

U skladu sa novim korporativnim identitetom većina naših maloprodajnih objekata ima jedinstven vizuelni identitet. Novi, savremeni dizajn naših kioska omogućava da kupci lako percipiraju sve što se u njima može kupiti. Tipski kiosk Future plus rezultat je sveobuhvatnog istraživanja i sopstvene proizvodnje. Prepoznatljiv crveno-crni logotip, elegantan tipski kiosk sa preglednim asortimanom najprodavanijih artikala i ljubazno osoblje postali su naši znaci prepoznavanja.

Izloženost robe u kiosku rezultat je stručne kategorizacije. Naš asortiman, koji čine četiri osnovne grupe - štampa, vrednosnice, duvanski proizvodi i kiosk roba, predmet je stalne analize i unapređenja u cilju zadovoljavanja potreba potrošača i pružanja najkvalitetnije usluge. Želja da kvalitetno i pravovremeno odgovorimo na zahteve tržišta dovela je do toga da kiosk postane svojevrsna multimedijalna prodavnica jer se u njemu prodaje sve više knjiga, CD i DVD izdanja.

Pomno istražujući, kako svetsko tržište, tako i navike domaćih potrošača, Futura plus je, po ugledu na u svetu već poznate korner šopove i najveći lanac ovog tipa prodavnica 7-Eleven, otvorila prve takve objekte u Srbiji, pod nazivom Minut2.

Minut2 prodavnice će potrošačima omogućiti kupovinu u prijatnom ambijentu i bolju ponudu prilagođenu različitim standardima. Razvojni planovi Future plus su ambiciozni i baziraju se na predviđenih nekoliko stotina takvih objekata u naredne dve godine.

This type of Futura Plus kiosk is a result of an overall research and our own production. A recognizable red and black logotype, an elegant kiosk type with visible assortment of top sold products and kind personnel became our recognizable signs.

The display of products in kiosks results from professional categorization. Our assortment which includes four main groups – print media, all kinds of value cards, tobacco products and consumer goods is subject to continuous analysis and improvements in view of meeting consumer needs and rendering top quality service. Our wish to meet the market demands in a quality and timely manner resulted in making the kiosk a specific multimedia shop, since more

and more books, CDs and DVDs are sold in there.

By a thorough research of the world market and habits of local consumers, like well-known corner shops in the world and the biggest chain of this kind “7 – Eleven”, Futura plus opened first outlets of that kind in Serbia, called Minut2.

Minut2 outlets will enable customers to purchase goods in a pleasant buying ambient and provide a better offer adjusted to different standards. Current developments plans of Futura plus are ambitious and based on several hundreds of such outlets planned to be opened in the next couple of years.

With such shops, the key to success is in two elements: location and assortment. The most attractive locations are walkways and business

It is very important to listen to the needs of a consumer and adjust assortment of goods in every location separately. Each of our retail sales outlets is equipped with the most advanced advertising tools offering business partners an exclusive possibility to promote products and services. Due to this Futura Plus became an important advertising outdoor media.

The Futura plus retail network includes new or renovated kiosks, bus stops and Minut2 shops in attractive and frequent locations Serbia wide. Together with the offer of top sold products and services and educated and kind personnel, Futura Plus retail outlets are favourite places for daily shopping.

WHOLESALEWe supply over 1,200 of our outlets and around 800 external buyers with the car fleet of 200 delivery vehicles, from seven distribution centres, which distinguishes us among wholesalers in the market.

Our company makes daily deliveries of goods to the sales outlets in the whole territory of Republic of Serbia. The distribution is conducted from the central warehouse in Belgrade and from regional centres located in Novi Sad, Nis, Kragujevac, Krusevac, Sabac and Pozarevac.

Our buyers are national trade chains, local shops and retailers.

Developing new partnerships and cooperation improvement with existing buyers are the priorities in the development of wholesale activities.

Futura plus offers to its customers a regular supply of domestic and foreign print media, telephone cards and lottery, as well as top sold consumer goods.

DISTRIBUCIJA

Savremeni vozni park, dobra organizacija i dopremanje robe sedam dana u nedelji do svakog maloprodajnog objekta, čine Futuru plus vodećim distributerom.

Futura plus dnevno distribuira 880.000 raznih naslova štampanih medija na preko 2.000 prodajnih mesta. U ponudi imamo preko 700 različitih izdanja domaće i strane štampe. Kada su Minut2 prodavnice u pitanju, posebna pažnja poklanja se planiranju asortimana štampe, prilagođenog potrebama sve većeg broja stranih gostiju, kojima nudimo veliki izbor strane štampe i knjiga, turističkih karti, vodiča i suvenira.

Svakodnevna makro i mikro distribucija vrši se, kako do regionalnih jedinica, tako i do prodajnih objekata duž 22 makro i 92 mikro linije.

Svakodnevno, u tačno određeno vreme, iz glavnih magacina Future plus u Zemunu (za robu) i Krnjači (za štampu) kompletan maloprodajni asortiman prevozi se do regionalnih i distributivnih centara širom Srbije.

Odatle robu preuzima mikro distribucija, koja je prevozi do svakog pojedinačnog prodajnog mesta.

DISTRIBUTION

A modern car fleet, good organisation and goods distribution seven days a week to every retail shop make Futura Plus a leading distributor.

Futura plus distributes on a daily basis 880,000 different titles of the print media to over 2,000 sales outlets. The offer consists of over 700 different editions, domestic and foreign as well. A special attention is paid to the print media assortment planning in Minut2 shops adjusted to the growing number of foreign guests who are offered by a huge variety of foreign press and books, tourist maps, guides and souvenirs.

Daily macro and micro distribution is executed both to regional units, and shops, along 22 macro and 92 micro lines.

Every day at precise time we transport a complete retail assortment to the regional and distribution centres Serbia wide from the central warehouses of Futura plus in Zemun (goods) and Krnjaca (print media).

The goods are taken over by micro distribution from that point and transported to every sales outlet.

Uz primenu najbolje svetske prakse u fleksibilnom i dinamičnom angažovanju radne snage, te osmišljavanju radnih mesta, koja sada sadrže grupe i vrste poslova, stvoreni su uslovi za efikasnije angažovanje zaposlenih, što predstavlja dodatnu konkurentsku prednost Future plus. Time je omogućen uspešniji razvoj zaposlenih kojima se pruža mogućnost individualnog napredovanja u skladu sa zahtevima radnog mesta.

Komunikacija sa kandidatima za zapošljavanje značajno je unapređena razvojem web aplikacije za prijavu. Time je omogućeno kvalitetnije i brže odvijanje procesa selekcije i regrutacije (po principu day-to-day). By applying world best practice in a flexible and dynamic engagement of working force, team building organisation, we created a more efficient engagement of employees which is another competitive advantage of Futura Plus. This provides a more successful people development which gives the opportunity of individual progress demanded by certain job positions.

By developing web job application we considerably improved the communication with candidates. This provides a better quality and faster selection and recruitment process (day-to-day). Futura Pus will start an intensive cooperation with related high schools and universities in Serbia in order to choose the best candidates and in that way provide force for long-term and fast development of the company.

Employee trainings are conducted in the Training Centre Futura plus through the courses, seminars and workshops, and on-the-job training with trained instructors. The evaluation system constantly improves training and assesses its success.

ISO STANDARD

Futura plus je u aprilu 2007. godine započela proces podizanja nivoa organizovanosti, kao i uvođenje i primenu sistema upravljanja kvalitetom, po zahtevima standarda ISO 9001:2001.

Ciljevi ovog projekta su podizanje stepena zadovoljenja potreba i očekivanja kupaca i ostalih zainteresovanih strana, povećanje efikasnosti, uočavanje i smanjivanje nepotrebnih troškova kroz jasnu podelu rada, nadležnosti i odgovornosti, zatim obezbeđivanje uslova da se rad uvek odvija na predviđen način koji je određen organizacionim dokumentima (primena procedura i uputstava), te smanjenje vremena koje menadžeri na najvišim nivoima troše na rešavanje tekućih operativnih problema. Jedan od ciljeva je i dobijanje sertifikata ISO 9001:2001, zatim obezbeđivanje uslova za dugoročan razvoj i uspešno poslovanje, brzo i efikasno prilagođavanje promenama, stvaranje stabilne i efikasne organizacione procesne strukture, smanjenje problema izazvanih kadrovskim promenama, olakšano upravljanje kvalitetom kroz definisanje procesa koji doprinose realizaciji naših usluga, stalno poboljšavanje procedura i kvaliteta usluga, kao i uključivanje svih zaposlenih u proces primene i unapređenja sistema upravljanja kvalitetom.

Predviđeni rok za realizaciju ovog projekta je 31. januar 2008. godine.

ISO STANDARD

In April 2007, Futura plus improved the level of organization and introduced the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2001 standards.

This project aims at increasing the level of customer satisfaction and expectations, as well as of other stakeholders, increasing the efficiency, identifying and reducing unnecessary costs through a clear work distribution, duties and responsibilities, ensuring that the work is always done in a prescribed manner as defined by organizational documents (application of procedures and instructions), reducing the time the top management uses for solving current operational problems, obtaining the certificate ISO 9001:2001, providing the conditions for a long-term development and successful business operations, fast and efficient adaptation to changes, creating a stabile and efficient organizational process structure, decreasing the number of problems due to personnel changes, facilitated quality management by defining the processes contributing to the realization of our services, constant improvement of procedures and service quality and participation of all employees in the process of the implementation and improvement of the quality management system.

The planned term for carr ying out this projec t is January 31st 2008.

Vodeća smo maloprodajna mreža u Srbiji, sa preko 1.200 sopstvenih maloprodajnih objekata, na kojima svakog dana kupuje preko 300.000 ljudi i pored kojih prođe čak 15 puta toliko.

Svaki maloprodajni objekat pruža čitavu lepezu mogućnosti za reklamiranje proizvoda i usluga naših poslovnih partnera. To naš kiosk čini jednim od najjačih outdoor medija u Srbiji.

Vrhunska informaciona tehnologija, koja je trenutno u fazi uvođenja, kao i ona koju operativno duže vreme koristimo, umnogome unapređuje poslovanje i smanjuje operativne troškove.

Shodno prirodi delatnosti Future plus u opticaju se nalazi više međusobno integrisanih programskih paketa, od kojih svaki pokriva različiti segment poslovanja:

• Navision - programski paket za poslovne funkicije (nabavka, prodaja, finansije)• Abakus - programski paket za tiražiranje, remitendu i ekspediciju štampe• Paket koji služi za komunikaciju sa maloprodajnim objektima • Više samostalnih paketa za praćenje različitih poslova

Futura plus razvija softver na POS terminalima koji će obavljati sledeće funkcije:

• elektronske dopune za pre-paid korisnike mobilnih telefona• prodaju internet sati• uplatu lotoa i prodaju srećki• plaćanje računa za struju i komunalije• kontrolu robnih tokova (prenos cenovnika na fiskalne kase, prenos podataka o prodaji sa fiskalne kase na centralni računar, porudžbine robe, popisi, povraćaji robe...)

DWH (Menadžerski informacioni sistem) - ovaj softverski paket će integrisati sve pomenute pakete u jedinstveni sistem. Time će se omogućiti brzo izveštavanje, što će rezultirati efikasnim donošenjem odluka.

CBOFF (Centralni Back Office) - ovaj paket ima funkciju posrednika između Abakusa i Navisiona sa jedne strane i maloprodajnih objekata sa druge strane, što znači da će završetkom softvera za POS terminale i završetkom CBOFF-a u potpunosti biti omogućeno robno i finansijsko praćenje maloprodajnih objekata.

GPS (sistem za praćenje vozila) - uvođenjem i razvijanjem softvera za takozvani flotni menadžment, Futuri plus će biti omogućena potpuna kontrola i planiranje voznog parka, a samim tim i racionalno korišćenje i velike uštede.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIESThe top information technology which is being implemented at this moment, as well as the one which we have been using for a longer period of time, improves the business operations to a great extent and reduces operational costs.

In accordance with the type of its business activity, Futura plus uses several interrelated program packages, each covering a different segment of operations:

• Navision – program package for business functions (procurement, sales, finance)• Abacus – program package for circulation, remainder and print media expedition• Package used for the communication with retail sales outlets and• Several independent packages for monitoring different business activities

Futura plus has developed a software in POS terminals and it will perform the following functions:

• electronic payment of pre-paid mobile phone accounts• internet hours sales• lotto payments and sales of lottery• payment of electricity and utility service bills • the control of goods flow (transfer of pricelist on fiscal cash registers, transfer of sales data from fiscal cash register to central computer, goods purchase orders, inventory taking, refunds...)

DWH (Management Information System) - By developing this software package, all mentioned packages will be integrated in one system. This system will enable fast reporting and it will result in fast decision making.

CBOFF (Central Back Office) – This package mediates between Abacus and Navision on one side, and retail sales outlets on the other side, which means that the completion of the software for POS terminals and CBOFF package will provide the monitoring of goods and financials of the retail sales outlets.

GPS (system for monitoring vehicles) – By developing and introducing the software for the so-called Fleet Management, Futura plus will be provided with the full control and planning of car fleet, which will result in rational usage and great savings.

RFID (kontrola radnog vremena) - paket za kontrolu radnog vremena i kontrolu prostorija (elektronske brave). Uvođenjem ovog paketa u svim centrima biće omogućena automatska kontrola radnog vremena i automatsko generisanje podataka za obračun zarada.

eDMS (Document Managment) - upravljanje dokumentacijom i arhiviranje dokumenata. Uvođenjem ovog softverskog paketa izbačeno je fizičko čuvanje dokumentacije, ubrzana pretraga i pronalaženje traženog dokumenta po bilo kom kriterijumu.

U planu je dalje ulaganje u nova IT rešenja, a naročito uvođenje i razvoj softverskih alata za kompletnu kontrolu robnih i finansijskih tokova i prodaju usluga (pre-paid, prodaja internet sati, plaćanje platnim karticama, plaćanje računa za struju i komunalije).

RFID (Working hours control) - The package for working hours and premises control is currently being introduced (electronic locks). The introduction of this package in all centers will provide the automatic control of working hours, automatic data generation for payroll.

eDMS (Document Management) – managing the documentation and archiving of documents. By introducing this software package physical archiving of documentation has been eliminated, there is a possibility of faster search of the requested documents as per any criteria.

New investments are planned in relation to IT solutions, particularly the development and implementation of the software for the overall control of goods and financials flows and sales of services (pre-paid, Internet hours sales, card payments, payment of electricity and utility services bills).
