TGL Holdings is a diversified recruitment and technology company whose operations include global human resources recruitment, travel and destination management, software development, media services, garment technology and poultry farming.
Human resources recruitment has been the core business of TGL since its inception in 1990. Trans Gulf is the recruitment brand of TGL and has enjoyed success globally for the last 27 years.

Trans Gulf is the first company founded by Mr. Thasleem as a part of TGL Holdings, in 1990. Since its inception, it has grown to become the most trusted recruitment brand in Sri Lanka. As a part of TGL’s global recruitment strategy Connexion Talent was formed in Dubai, after some operations in Doha, Qatar for seven years under the name Doha International Consulting. Connexion Talent is formed to service the clients under one roof for their total recruitment needs.
