~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Nativity of the Lord –
Solemnity of Christmas December 25, 2018
The SEASON OF CHRISTMAS liturgically begins with the vigil Masses celebrated on Christmas Eve and concludes on the Feast of the Baptism of the Lord (Sunday, January 13, 2019). During this season, we celebrate the birth
of Christ into our world and into our hearts, and reflect on the gift of salvation that is born with Him…including the fact that He was born to die for us. The Christmas tree and the Nativity scene are popular symbols of the season and a tradition in many Christian homes. Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb. - Luke 1:42
QUOTES ON THE EUCHARIST "The Eucharist began at Bethlehem in Mary's arms. It was she who brought to humanity the Bread for which it was fam-ishing, and which alone can nourish it.
She it was who took care of that Bread for us. It was she who nourished the Lamb whose life-giving Flesh we feed upon." - St. Peter Julian Eymard
THE SICK AND THE HOMEBOUND You are our eyes and ears! Please let us know about any sick and homebound pa-rishioners whom we may not know about
and who may wish to receive the Sacraments at home and be anointed. With the information, please contact the Parish Office at (949) 673-3775 (ext. 3). We do not want anyone to fall through the cracks!
