    OFFICIAL RULESNOKIA U.S. PHOTO PROMOTION

    THE FOLLOWING PROMOTION IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY ANDSHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. DO NOTENTER THIS PROMOTION IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIMEOF ENTRY.

    1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER ORWIN. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Nokia U.S. PhotoPromotion (Promotion) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbiawho are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Nokia, Inc.(Sponsor), its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, or production agenciesand Web masters/suppliers (and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members andindividuals residing in their same household) are not eligible to participate or win. The Promotion issubject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right, at anytime, to verify eligibility requirements in any manner it deems appropriate. By participating, participantsagree to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited.

    2. PROMOTION PERIOD:Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. CST on March 1st, 2011 and ends at11:59:59 p.m. CST on March 07, 2011 as described in Rule #4 (Promotion Period).

    3. PROMOTION REGISTRATION:Log on to your Twitter account and follow the Nokia US feed onTwitter athttp://twitter.com/nokiaus to participate. To sign up for a free Twitter account, follow theonscreen instructions to register for a free Twitter account at http://twitter.com. You will be asked toprovide your first and last name and email address and to set up a user name and password. You mayalso be asked to answer optional questions; however, they need not be answered in order to beeligible for the Promotion. Participating is subject to Twitter Terms of Use, available athttp://twitter.com/tos. Please see the privacy policy located atwww.nokia.com/about-nokia/privacy/privacy-policy for details of Sponsors policy regarding the use of personal informationcollected in connection with this Promotion.

    YOU MUST REGISTER BY THE ABOVE REGISTRATION METHOD TO PARTICIPATE IN THISPROMOTION. TWITTER REGISTRATION ALONE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AS AN ENTRY (ASDEFINED IN RULE #4) IN THIS PROMOTION.

    4. TO PARTICIPATE:Take a photo which illustrates your favorite person, place or thing. Upload yourphoto to any online photo-share service. Then log on to your Twitter account, and submit a link to yourphoto and the hashtag #BestNokiaPic to @NokiaUS (an Entry or a Tweet). For the purposes ofthis Promotion, a participant is defined as a Twitter user, uniquely identified by his or her Twitterusername. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, unintelligible or lostTweets. Any other forms of a Tweet, other than as described herein are void. Submission of an Entrygrants Sponsor and its agents the right to publish, use, adapt, edit and/or modify such Entry in any

    way, in any and all media, without limitation, and without consideration to the entrant. Tweet must beno more than one hundred and forty (140) characters in length. You may submit a Tweet as manytimes as you like, the photo contained in the Entry must be unique. Entries will be deemed made bythe authorized account holder of the Twitter account that the Entry is submitted from at the time ofentry. Potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is theauthorized account holder of the Twitter account associated with the winning Entry and/or an eligibleentrant. All Entries submitted become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledgedor returned.

    VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE INDIVIDUAL ENTRANT AND DO NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS OFSPONSOR IN ANY MANNER. Any waiver of any obligation hereunder by Sponsor does not constitutea general waiver of any obligation to entrants. By submitting an Entry, you agree that your submissionis gratuitous and made without restriction, and will not place Sponsor under any obligation, thatSponsor is free to disclose or otherwise disclose the ideas contained in the photo on a non-confidential basis to anyone or otherwise use the ideas without any additional compensation to you.You acknowledge that, by acceptance of your submission, Sponsor does not waive any rights to use

    similar or related ideas previously known to Sponsor, or developed by its employees, or obtained fromsources other than you. Sponsor reserves the right to, and may or may not, monitor/screen Entries.By entering, you acknowledge that Sponsor has no obligation to use or post any Entry you submit.

    By submitting a Entry you warrant and represent that it: (a) is your original work, (b) has not beenpreviously published, (c) has not won previous awards, (d) does not infringe upon the copyrights,trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person orentity; (e) that you have obtained permission from a person who's name, likeness or image is used inthe photo and (f) and that publication of the photo via various media including Web posting, will notinfringe on the rights of any third party rights. Any such entrant will indemnify and hold harmless,Sponsor and Released Parties from any claims to the contrary. Any entrant whose work includeslikenesses of third parties or contains elements not owned by the entrant (such as, but not limited to,

    depictions of persons, buildings, trademarks or logos) must be able to provide legal releases for suchuse including Sponsors use of such Entry, in a form satisfactory to administrator, upon request, priorto award of prize.

    By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that his/her Entry will be deemed a Work Made For Hire underthe Copyright laws of the United States, but if it cannot be so deemed, then the winner irrevocablyassigns and transfers to Sponsor all of his/her right, title and interest in and to his/her photo, includingall but not limited to all copyright and trademark rights which he or she may have, in the United Statesand worldwide, therein, for consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged.Winner hereby waives in favor of Sponsor, all rights of Droit Moral or Moral Rights of Authors or anysimilar rights or principles of law that winner may now or later have to their Entry. Sponsor reservesthe right to alter, change or modify the winning Entry, in its sole discretion. Upon request of Sponsor,

    winner shall execute and deliver such additional instrument of assignment, as may be solely deemedby Sponsor, reasonably necessary to establish the ownership of record of the right, title and interest inand to the Entry and of the copyrights transferred and Moral Rights of Authors waived under theseOfficial Rules. Should Sponsor fail to request the said assignment as stated, that shall not be deemeda waiver of Sponsors rights and Sponsor may at a later time request the assignment.

    5. TWEET/PHOTO GUIDELINES: Tweet must contain a link to a photo and the #BestNokiaPichashtag to be valid. Tweets/Photos may not be obscene or indecent; cannot be sexually explicit orsuggestive, profane or pornographic, unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender,religious, professional or age group; cannot promote alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons(or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or anyparticular political agenda or message; cannot be offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group;

    cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Sponsor or its products orservices, or other people, products or companies; cannot communicate messages or imagesinconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate; may notinvade privacy or other rights of any person, firm or entity; may not in any other way violate anyapplicable federal, state or local laws or regulations or the Twitter.com Terms of Service; may notcontain any reference to any third party trademarks, names or third party logos or any copyrightedcomponents; and cannot contain any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personalnames, e-mail addresses or street addresses. Tweets or photos not in compliance with theTweet/Photo Guidelines may be disqualified.

    6. JUDGING CRITERIA: Each Entry will be judged by a qualified judge or panel of judges, appointedby the Sponsor, based upon the following equally weighted criteria (Judging Criteria):

    Creativity of photo.

    Quality of photo.

    The one (1) Entry with the highest total score will be deemed the winner, subject to verification. In theevent of a tie, tie breaker will be based upon the highest score in the first Judging Criteria, continuing

    thereafter to each Judging Criteria in order, as needed, to break the tie. The judge(s) decisions arefinal in all matters relating to this Promotion.

    7. WINNER NOTIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS: Potential winner will be contacted by Twitter DirectMes
