This development is a contemporary design to maximise family spacesfor town centre living.

All homes have been built with a strong emphasis on reducing the running costs through energy efficiency. Each property is of timber frameconstruction and has; a highly efficient boiler which along with highly insulated walls, roof and floors can reduce heating and running costs byup to 25%. Rotary dryers and drying areas are provided to houses to reduce the need for tumble dryers in the summer months.

Kitchens and bathrooms are designed to reduce the amount of waterused in the home to help keep bills down. The kitchens are designedso the residents can fit their own appliances in, with cooker points andplumbing ready for washing machines.

All of the homes achieve the Secure by Design certification issued bythe police which requires fencing to the rear of properties as well as aboundary to front gardens. Doors and windows have to achieve the relevant BS standards and have locking mechanisms that are requiredby all household insurers.

All homes will have a very bright and airy feel. Through the architecturewe have looked to deliver properties which people will fall in love with.
