If we need a club project to be picture-perfect, we call upon talented

member Adele Montgomery! Adele has been quilng since 1990, and her

experience shows. Her hand applique is impeccably done, and her hand

quilng demonstrates a skill that few of us have. Adele is the essence of the

saying, “If you want something done, ask a busy person.” She can always be

counted on to assist with any group project. She has sewn quilts for all of

her children and grandchildren, and she has done quite a few charity quilts

for various organizaons. Adele also has the disncon of being the only

Sew Much Fun member who has sent a quilt with an adorable sheep theme to her great grandson in Australia! When

you join us, you can learn and receive help with sewing and/or quilng from experts like Adele! Come visit us!

From th_ G_n_r[l M[n[g_r’s D_sk Welcome to March and, hopefully, dryer weather! We are moving into the season of outdoor projects, both for the HOA and individual homeowners. We will be resurfacing the outdoor pools’ deck. This should be a about a weeks’ worth of work. So, no one should have to deal with hot feet this coming summer. Please be on the lookout for more information on these in the coming weeks!

As for homeowners’ projects, please be aware, if you make any changes to the exterior of your home, landscaping, painting, and new additions, etc., you will need to fill out an Application for Exterior Change form and submit that to the ARC committee. You can find these forms online and at the front desk of the Club House. The staff here will be happy to answer any questions you might have. To accommodate the anticipated higher number of owners wishing to make changes, there will be meetings twice a month from April through October.

Now that we are on the downside of cold weather, it is time to get out there and exercise. Out fitness instructor, Kevin Nuhfer, will be offering to give you some personalized training and advice on a personal fitness program, centered around your need and the use of our fitness equipment. I know for myself, having a plan before I go into the gym, keeps me from wasting time wandering from one machine to another and never really achieving my goals. So, come in and take advantage of Kevin’s expertise and get off on the right foot!

I want to thank all those homeowners who help out on a daily basis at the clubhouse and at the functions. Your contribution is greatly appreciated. Thanks again for all you do!
