Force Field Analysis: estraining Forces

estraining forces are forces that counter drivingforces. They oppose change.

estraining forces cause a shift in the equilibrium

which opposes changei.e.!n the case of the husband and wife gettingready for the party. "resent at the party is goingto be the husbands cousin whom he despises.

The cousin and the husband have not got alongfor many years and if the husband was to go,there surely would be a fight. The husband alsofinds out that the beer is non#alcoholic.
