The USMC High Intensity Tactical Training (HITT) Program is a comprehensive combat-specific strength and conditioning program that is essential to a Marine’s physical development, combat readiness and resiliency. Program emphasis is on key components with relation to superior speed, power, strength, flexibility, endurance and overall combat readiness while reducing the likelihood of injury and ensuring that all Marines are physically prepared for real-time/tactical situations while in theatre.

The HITT Program is aligned with the National Strength and Conditioning Agency (NSCA) Tactical Strength and Conditioning (TSAC) Training and NSCA national standards and guidelines and provides research-based knowledge/curriculum along with practical application to improve athletic performance specific to today’s Warrior Athlete. FUNCTIONAL CIRCUIT (NEW): A circuit class with strength training put into a high intensity format.  Every week will challenge you in a new way using a variety of equipment to include: TRX, Dynaballs, Kettlebells, Olympic bars, battle ropes and  plyo boxes.

SPIN/TRX ( NEW ): Join us for a mixture of interval, sprint and endurance training on the spin bike.  After that keep the intensity up with a series of body and core challenging exercises with the TRX straps.

Tumbling & Creative Dance, ages 2&3. This class incorporates creative movement,pre-ballet and basic tumbling along with the development of the dancer’s grossmotor and listening skills. Children are encouraged through verbal imagery, the useof props and age appropriate music.

Dance I, ages 4-7. This class incorporates pre-ballet, beginning tap and creative movement to develop basic steps, vocabulary and movement in a fun and positive atmosphere. Students will learn short dances and play games that enhance cognitive and social development and prepare them for further ballet and tap training. There is a major emphasis on cooperation, participation and encouragement.

Tumbling, ages 4-7. This class is an introduction to tumbling positions, drills and movements such as tuck, straddle, bridge, handstand, forward roll and cartwheel along with some strengthening and flexibility. This class builds coordination, syncopation, balance and thinking skills. A continued emphasis on team building, self-esteem, cooperation and encouragement are involved.

Gymnastics, ages 7-11. This class reviews the basic skills of gymnastics. Introduction to more advanced skills will begin. This class builds coordination, balance and thinking skills. A continued emphasis on team building, self-esteem, cooperation and encouragement are involved.
