ITLDP FUNCTIONAL SPRING SESSIONBusiness site visits are one of the best educational opportunities of the ITLDP. Each year, members of the leadership development program select a facility to visit and learn about the site’s overall business

contribution. The team visited the Integrated Defense Systems Sarcos facility — home of the Exoskeleton — a wearable robotic suit. Raytheon Sarcos is located in Salt Lake City, Utah, and is a world renowned research and development facility with capabilities in robotics technology.
