The Office of International and External Affairs of the University of Perpetual Help System Laguna with its Director, Dr. Josefa G. Carrillo, who delivered the inspirational remarks, joined the activity spearheaded by the Community Outreach Department with the Graduate School and Senior High School Departments entitled “Handog Kaarawan sa Panahon ng Pandemya” in celebration for the 75th birthday of the President and CEO of the Board of UPHS, Dr./Brig. Gen. Antonio Laperal Tamayo. The activity was held last October 22, 2020 in Barangay Timbao, Biñan City, Laguna. Hon. Ronaldo B. Bayla, the Barangay Chairman of the above stated place delivered his welcome remarks. The activity was followed by the distribution of packed gifts led by the Senior High School Department, with its Director, Ms. Veronica Samson with some faculty, and Graduate School faculty and student representatives. Truly, even in the midst of pandemic, still, Sir Tony never forgets to share his blessings to the community residents who needed it most! A true Perpetualites as “helpers of God”, showed in the deed of our beloved president. Thank you Sir Tony for showing us what a true Perpetualite should be.
