ALLELUIA! RESURREXIT, SICUT DIXIT! (Alleluia! He is risen, as He said!) On this day, our spirits are lifted, our hope is renewed, our lives are re-created! This is the day of greatest joy for humanity, for today heaven is opened to all who give their hearts to Jesus. On behalf of the staff of our parish and school, I wish you all a Blessed Easter!
My thanks to the many people who helped to make these days so beautiful: to Deacon Raspallo and Deacon Brown, who selflessly serve our parish; to Terry Lindsay and our glorious choirs (adult choir and bell choirs), who lifted us to heaven; to our altar servers, lectors and extraordinary ministers of Holy Communion who give life and joy to every liturgy; to the many volunteers who keep our sanctuary sparkling and who helped with all the flowers and decorations; to Michelle Colgan-Larney and Kathy Carreiro who scheduled all the ministers at Mass; and to all of you for joining in these sacred days. It was a joy to celebrate these mysteries with you!! May the Risen Christ bless us all with steadfast faith, boundless hope and untiring love!
Thank you for your wonderful generosity to the Rice Bowl collection again this year. May God bless you abundantly for your sacrifices for the poorest in our world!
I’m sorry we weren’t able to have our Passion Play on Good Friday this year. With the busy schedules of our young adults, it was just not possible to get everyone together for the necessary rehearsals. Terry and I have been discussing other ways to keep alive this great tradition. Stay tuned!
Next Sunday is our Third Annual Easter Egg Hunt following the 10:30 AM Mass (which is a Children’s Mass as well). I look forward to seeing many children searching our grounds for Easter eggs filled with surprises while we enjoy our first Coffee An’ of the year!

Just recently, over 30 Confirmation candidates participated in one of two weekend-long Confirmation Retreats. This retreat program is an annual tradition in our parish dating back nearly 35 years. It would not be possible without the immense support of our parents, sponsors, adult chaperones, and the many teens who work behind the scenes create such a profound and memorable experience for each of our candidates. I am extremely grateful to Fr. Wilson for his continuous support and our parishioners for helping to provide such a wonderful initiative that fosters the mission of Immaculate Conception Church.

Grades 1-9 Students
In observance of Easter, there are NO classes
scheduled for Grades 1-9 on Sunday, April 1st and
Monday, April 2nd. Happy Easter! Grades 1-9 classes
will resume Sunday, April 7th and Monday, April 8th.
Grade 10 (Confirmation II)
Confirmation II Candidates will have class at the
regularly scheduled time on Monday April 2nd. Please
schedule your Candidate Interview as soon as possible
on Sign-up Genius.
Grade 2 - First Communion
There will be a parent meeting Wednesday, April 4th
at 6:30 pm in the church to review information
regarding First Communion.
Grade 2 retreat will be held on Saturday, April 7th
from 9 am-12 noon in the school. Please escort your
child to the main lobby of the school and sign in.
