As per the shortcut, you select the files that you want to delete permanently and tab ‘shift’ and ‘delete’ at the same time, these selected files will get deleted and you won’t find it in the recycle bin. Originally the computer settings are in the favor of the recycle bin and changing those settings is completely at your option. Although, not tampering with the delete settings is a better and safer way to go because then you can recover data files.
