Harry’s Bistro Christmas Menu: Starters: Trio of melon: Honeydew, Galia & Cantaloupe served with
lemon sorbet & winter fruit coulis.
Homemade chicken liver paté served with apple & plum chutney and slices of toasted ciabatta.
Rich tomato & lemongrass soup served with a crusty roll & butter.
Homemade Cardigan crab, sweet pepper & dill ravioli, topped with grated parmesan, served on a bed of roquette dressed with lemon infused olive oil.
Mains:
All mains served with roast potatoes, new potatoes, honey roasted parsnips, sprouts mixed with crispy pancetta & buttered Chantenay carrots.
Turkey breast stuffed with pork & cranberry stuffing, wrapped in bacon, served with a rich turkey gravy.
Barbary duck breast served with a juniper berry & redcurrant sauce.
Pan-fried fillet of John Sea Bass served with a homemade lime & dill Hollandaise sauce.
Asparagus & curly kale risotto, topped with fresh basil pesto & parmesan.
Desserts:
Rich chocolate fudge cake served with vanilla ice cream.
Christmas pudding served with homemade brandy sauce.
Baileys chocolate panna cotta topped with blueberries & red currants served with Chantilly cream.
