Professional Experience

1. Senior Field Officer at FSL INDIA (Field Services and Intercultural Learning), from

18th December 2013 till date.

- Coordinating the projects at the field level basically CSR projects with the corporate

and working towards improving Water and Sanitation, health and hygiene conditions

and also imparting Appropriate technology among rural communities of Kancheepuram

District, Tamil Nadu, India.

- Rapport building with the local authorities, government authorities, local people, youth

and students for the smooth running of the projects.

- Ensure the arrangements of the programs, conducting the events and mobilizing the

people to get involved themselves.

- Assisting in the successful completion of tasks as per the timeline along with the team.

Key Roles

A. HAPPY MOVE CAMP - INTERNATIONAL WORK CAMP (CSR WITH

HYUNDAI MOTORS COMPANY, SOUTH KOREA

Identifying the villages, renovation and educational activities for the Happy Move

Camp - CSR project with Hyundai Motors Company, South Korea yearly twice.

Informing the local public and school authorities to get the local support for the

execution of the camp.

Involving in setting up of the camp physically such as drafting the budget, finding

the vendors, negotiating them, purchase and delivering the materials logistical

arrangements.

Leading the team of South Korean students and facilitating in the allocation of the

work regularly at the community and school during the camp.

Engaging these Korean volunteers in the process of Field services and Intercultural

Learning.

Follow up the community and school activity after the camp to create positive

impact among the public

Conducting the workshop for children and community women and men on

Personal Hygiene, Water and Sanitation etc.

Documenting the progress of the programs.

B. Dream Village Project : CSR with Hyundai Motors India Ltd

Key Roles:

Execution of the tasks towards the holistic development of the village

Mevalurkuppam in Kancheepuram district under 'Dream Village' project - CSR

initiative along with Hyundai Motors India Ltd.

Building up the rapport with the local, government body and other partners to

work together towards the Holistic development of the village.

Arranging for the programs related Health and Hygiene, Skill training,

Entrepreneur training, etc. among the women, children and men.

Working closely with the local youth, children and women towards their self

engagement in the program to build the public ownership of the project.

Periodical reporting in line with the progress of the project, according to the

timeline of the related tasks.

C. Improving Health and Hygiene Conditions : CSR with Apollo Tyres Ltd

Key Roles:

Execution of the tasks aimed to improve the Health and Hygiene conditions of the

lives of communities in Oragadam, Sennakuppam and Mathur of Kancheepuram

district along with Apollo tyres Ltd.

Building up the rapport with the local, government body and other partners to work

together towards improving the health and hygiene conditions of people.

Arranging for the programs related Health and Hygiene among the women, children

and men.

Working closely with the local youth, children and women towards their self

engagement in the program to build the public ownership of the project.

Periodical reporting in line with the progress of the project, according to the

timeline of the related tasks.

2. Night Shelter counselor cum Coordinator from April 2013 till November 2013

Liasoning between Chennai corporation & NGO

Identifying the inmates (Street dweller)

Rehabilitating, counseling & Vocational Training and Employment Services for the

inmates.

Conducting Bi-monthly General Medical camp from the closest Urban Primary Health

Centre.
