I have a very competitive nature and will be able to use this skill to my advantage when it comes to working against other marketing companies.
I take initiative when generating new ideas to get the job done. This skill will help me stand out amongst my former employees when competiting against each other or when trying to figure out how to deal with a a problem.
I have a heart for volunteering which has given me the opportunity to organize philanthropic events through Pi Beta Phi to help motivate women to volunteer. Through volunteering I have developed responsibilities to help build my confidence to speak in front of large groups of woman and believe…….

I enjoy being a leader through the position of Director of Marketing through SMA, because it has further enhanced my communication skills, developed marketing techniques, and enhanced my networking skills.
What sets me apart from the rest is that I am good at building strong relationships with others. I know how to keep life long friendships where people can trust me. This quality will benefit me in my career when I want to be a manager because you have to learn to trust your employees as if they were your family.
