Situation

tranquil hamlet of Rosenithon in an area of outstanding natural
beauty, with direct access along a footpath to the beautiful beaches
and rugged coastline between Manacle Point and it’s legendary reef
of rocks and Coverack on the Lizard peninsula. The village of St
Keverne close by offers a variety of facilities and amenities including
two public houses, village store, butcher, church, surgery, primary

Areas of surrounding countryside and coastline are spectacular. At
the entrance to the Helford River and about four miles from Godrevy
Cottage are Gillan Creek and St Anthony in Meneage, which provide

sailing waters of the Helford Estuary and Falmouth Bay just 4.5 miles
away, with its waterside pubs and tree-lined creeks, provides some
of the loveliest day sailing waters available.

schools, banks, pubs and restaurants, supermarkets and leisure
facilities. Further afield is Falmouth harbour town, approximately 19
miles and Truro cathedral city with its main line railway station to
London Paddington just 25 miles. Newquay airport (approximately
41 miles) gives access and flies regularly to London, Exeter and
Manchester.
