Registration and Staffing Process
• Similar to Level 1 - But.....• Essential that every day is delivered by the same
tutor• Instead of deciding the dates and then looking
for a tutor• Decide a time frame, find a tutor and then agree
mutually convenient dates – 4 month lead time• Assessment date to be fixed at this time as with
Level 1• Inform CEM• CEM appoints assessors

• Pre planned assessment day– Approximately 2.5 hours each
– 30 minute Observed Coaching Session– 30 minute Observation and Analysis– Questioning on practical sessions– Questioning on Equipment– Professional discussion

• Course will require ‘fine tuning’ during roll out period
• Initial courses to be tutored and assessed by a limited list of Coach Educators – Nominated by NCO Ed
• Staff list to be expanded gradually over 1st year– Trained by existing staff– Rate determined by experience and demand
