Goals• The full Company will be controlled and monitored from two Command and Control Centers• Every person and asset, like tools, machinery, vehicles, helicopters, will be tracked in real time by

GPS and recorded. • Their location will always be known and any deviation over the allowed paths, regions, speeds,

and times will be alerted. • Every person and asset will have an Alert or Panic button.• Every location, facility, mining, offices, storages, vehicles, will have real time video surveillance

and recording.• Every person will be able to communicate in a secure channel with the allowed persons in the

organization, by videoconference, voice, instant messaging and mail.• Every important parameter, like truck load, machinery, etc, will be acquired, monitored and

recorded by Telemetry.• All the communications of any type, video, voice, IM, mail, position, telemetry, etc, will be

secured, encrypted and in Real Time doesn’t matter the location of the parties.• All the communications to outside the Company will be carried from centralized connection

points under monitoring and control.• All the communications will be recorded at the central Datacenters.• Full redundant and fault tolerant system for all the Services

Compartmentalization

• At each level, Primary or Secondary Mining, Regional Administration, Central Administration and Command and Control Centers, the full Information is segmented, then each control level can access to the Information that helps to his task.

• The Logistics, Human Resources, Supplies, Product Storage (Gold) and Administrative access to the back office system is distributed and the events are captured in the place and moment that happened.

About Us With a background on R&D on Artificial Intelligence/Expert Systems, our first
