Following Management's approval for the conduct of the above subject, the office

of the DCM (AHR) placed on the FRSC website Invitation for Application for

Conversion from Road Marshal Assistant to Road Marshal Inspectorate Cadre

from qualified staff dated 28 Oct 2011.

2. To this effect, 44 Road Marshal Assistants who are within the age limit of

forty (40) years are hereby shortlisted and invited for final screening and

examination at NYSC Orientation Camp, Kef fi, Nasarawa State as follows:

3. Candidates are expected to note the followings:

a. The Conversion Exams will cover FRSC basic activities and current affairs.

b. Bring along original and photocopies of their credentials.

c. Bring along certificate of physical fitness duly endorsed by a Medical Doctor

from a Government Hospital or an approved Health Care Provider. RMAs with

health challenges should equally provide letters from a Medical Doctor of a

Government Hospital or a Health Care Provider that is accredited with the

NHIS to that effect.

d. Appear in White T. shirt, white shorts and white canvas and socks for PFT.

e. Candidates shall appear in No. 5B for the written exams.

f. Any other document(s) that will enhance your chances of being selected willbe welcome.

4. Candidates whose names did not appear on this list but are eligible may alsoreport at the venue of the exercise. However, any staff who have no businessbeing in the venue should not be seen anywhere around the premises.

5. Management staff and Commanding Officers are to grant PASS to allcandidates under them whose name(s) appear in the list to enable them attend thescreening exercise.

6. Candidates are to lookout for the APER FORM REQUIRED column toascertain the year's APER Forms that they are required to present to theScreening Committee. The relevant APERForms are 2007, 2008 and 2009.

7. CRMAs who have acquired Degree Certificates from recognized Universitiesare advised to wait for Conversion to Officer Cadre.

8. The content of this circular can be found on the FRSC website(www.frsc.gov.ng). HODs, Corps Officers and Commanding Officers are todownload the content of this circular and the attached list, and paste same ontheir Commands'Notice Boards, please.
