1.1 Important Notice

1. To preserve intellectual property rights, all exhibitors are forbidden to exhibit counterfeit.

Any cost due to the act of infringement is on the account of the infringers.

2. All the exhibits must be relative to the given theme.

3. All booths are not allowed to underlet by any means.

4. Booth décor may not affect the joint area. All the décor may not exceed the defined

boundary. The partition that facing the adjacent is not allowed to cover with slogan, pattern

or pictures, yet leaves it with bare décor material. It must be covered with white paint or

whiteboard otherwise the exhibitor will be fined from the deposit depending on the case.

5. Raw Space: booth area 9-199sqm, height limit 4.4m; booth area ≥ 200sqm, height limit

6m.

All drawings must be submitted to the contractor. Hanging point is not allowed.

6. Posters and storage items may not exceed the booth area. Exhibitors are not allowed to

hand out leaflets in the public area.

7. Any sound must not exceed 65 dB (A) at the booth boundary. Loudspeakers must face to

the booth. If any exhibitor breaches this article, the organizer has rights to cut down its

electricity or take other actions after ineffective dissuasion.

8. To maintain the fine image of the exhibitor and be responsible for professional visitors, all

exhibitors are not allowed to move out before 14:00, Nov.19th 2016.

10. Organizer is not responsible for any service provided by the third party.

11. The exhibitor is liable for any damage of its exhibits, booth and any harm of the staff.

The organizer suggests all the exhibitors to insure their exhibits, valuable item and third

party. The organizer is not liable on any risk that involves the exhibitor, visitor or personal

belongings.

12. Food outside the venue is not allowed to be taken inside. Food can be purchased from

certificated catering units inside the venue.

13. During move out, all furniture and plant must get article pass at service desk before

moving out of the venue.

14. For your safety, all exhibitors are suggested to read the manual and obey the rules

accordingly. Raw space exhibitors please forward this manual to your contractors and

supervise their implementation.

Only those booths with an exhibition area that is

a multiple of 9 square meters are qualified to

receive furniture and appliances in a quantity that

is corresponding to the multiple.

Notes:

1． A booth with an area less than 18 square meters will receive only standard booth

configuration of furniture and appliances that are available to a booth with 9 square

meters.

2．If an exhibitor ordered two or more consecutive standard booths, the construction

contractor of the Organizers will remove the walls placed between two booths, unless the

exhibitor specifically requests otherwise. If the booth at the corner, the booth will have

two fascia boards and two walls.

3． No nails or any device may be nailed on walls, aluminum frames, floors, ceilings, pillars

and fire sprinklers in the hall. If any violation is found, a penalty for compensation will

be imposed ad valorem.

4． Connection or increase of electric wires or lamps are forbidden. The power socket

received through application shall not be used for booth lighting;8 hours a day as its

maximum capacity is within 500W, no electrical equipment beyond the capacity is

allowed to be used with the socket. It is strictly prohibited to secretly bring in sockets

for use without permission.

5． For all electrical facilities and equipment configured and installed on standard booths,

the exhibitor shall not remove or shift them at will, and further, not bring them out of

the exhibition hall.

6． Non-Lighting electrical appliances cannot be used in the booth unless the appliances are

tested and approved by the Contractor of the Organizer.

Notes:

1．If an Exhibitor fails to submit this Figure, the Contractor of the Organizers will install on

its behalf in proper positions. If the Exhibitor wants to change positions of the

aforementioned facilities and equipment, it will be subject to an extra fee.

before the deadline that will make valid the application.

1.Payment Term：

Exhibitors shall make payments for all applications. Only cash and telegraphic transfer are

accepted.

2. If the application is overdue after the deadline, a surcharge of 20% will be imposed, and a

surcharge of 50% will be imposed if the application is made on site.

3. All items are for lease, once order confirmed, cannot be replaced and no refund for

cancellation.

4. All rented sockets are used only for non-lighting purpose. If an exhibitor or its

construction contractor self-prepares lighting equipment for decoration purposes, it shall

consult the Contractor of the Organizers for the installation and connection of the lighting

equipment, and bear related expenses.

5. After receiving the application form, the contractor of the organizer will send a

confirmation letter and a notice of payment to the applicant.Please make a payment before

the deadline in the notice of payment. Please contact the Contractor of the Organizers if you

have not received the notice of payment in 3 days after you send the application. Otherwise,

the application will be deemed void.

3.2 Raw Space

3.2.1Construction Approval Process and Price

1 The blueprint auditor will check if the documents are enough or intact and verify the

design blueprint. After his verification, he will fill in his suggestion and propose changes.

After the applicant of the constructor has taken the advice from the auditor, the applicant

should signs for the advice. Application with incomplete documents or incorrect blueprint

should apply again.

2. Blueprints and documents which have passed verification will be registered and filed by

the auditor. After that, the auditor will send the application form of construction to the

service list keyboarder.

3. The keyboarder will verify the service items and quantities that the constructors apply for.

After the verification, the keyboarder will make a list of charges.

4. Constructor pays for the related bills and deposit of the booth with the list. The fee and the

deposit have to be paid in one-time. We will not accept your application for construction if

you only paid the fees or the deposit. Exhibitors have to pay in cash after Nov 11 2017, we

will not accept payment through check or remittance after that day.

5. After the payment, constructors should send the receipt with financial seal to the service

list keyboarder and get the construction car pass, constructor badges. The application for

construction is over then.

6. If constructor wants to add service during building-up, they have to go to the service

counter official stand fitting contractor in the service center and fill an application form. The

staff there will accept or refuse the application according to the condition of the venue. If the

staff accepts the application, the staff will charge for it and arrange the service.

7. After the fair, the official stand fitting contractor will keep in touch with the staff of the

exhibition center to know the evolvement of the cleaning in the exhibition center. After the

cleaning is done according to the demand of the exhibition center, the official stand fitting

contractor will sign or seal on the deposit receipt (the official stand fitting contractor is at the

information counter at the entrance of each hall).

8. After all the exhibitors and exhibits have left the exhibition center and the verify of the

Exhibition Hall, all the constructors can get back their guarantee deposit with the signed or

sealed deposit receipt and the acceptance certificates to the company of the official stand

fitting contractor, Beijing Display Image Planning Co., Ltd..

9. Deposits paid in cash or checks could be returned in the Beijing Display Image Company;

deposit paid through remittance could be returned to the account of the constructor in a

month (handling charge should be paid by the constructor)

10. The Invoice will be entitled under the name of the company which is to pay Beijing

Display Image Planning Co., Ltd. If there is a mistake in the invoice and the payer needs a

new invoice, Beijing Display Image Planning Co., Ltd. will deduct 3% of the face amount in

the invoice as the handling charge.

Apply the construction Blueprint (The blueprint should be printed colorized)

Constructors have to send their construction blueprint, including the effect drawing, general

layout plan, elevation, circuit diagram, detail structure of construction made by CAD (all the

blueprint have to be marked with the length, wide, height, and the size of each construction

materials, as well as booth number and exhibiting company name) to official contractor.

Multilayer booths or other kind of booths with complicated structure and booths in outdoor

have to offer the detailed structure of the booth (with the seal of National First Level

registered Structure Engineer and the verification seal of the designing institute of the

engineer) and the verification report, copy of the company license of the constructor (with

the company seal on it), the ID card copy of the company’s legal person (with the company

seal on it), the signed and sealed Construction Security Responsibility Guarantee, the

Construction Application Form, the Application Form for Water / Electricity / Gas Supply.

All these documents should be submitted to the official constructor in duplicate. Costs will

be charged after the check.

The double layer booth and the booth outdoor should provide the detailed structure of the

booth (with the seal of National First Level registered Structure Engineer and the

verification seal of the designing institute of the engineer) and the original institution audit

report.

3.2.3 Builder Badge and Vehicle Pass

For safety reason, all builders must be real-name registered. Fee: 30RMB/each

Vehicle pass is to issue on-site. Flat fee: 30RMB. Management fee: 20RMB. Deposit:

300RMB.

Loading time: 1.5hour. If exceeding half an hour, will be charged 100RMB.

Vehicle limit to entry second floor: within 12m length, 5t weight, 4.5m height.

3.2.4 Safety Commitment of Booth Structure

Height limit:

Booth area 9-199 sqm should not exceed 4.4m. Booth area ≥ 200sqm should not exceed 6m.

The use of membrane structure, fiberglass cloth or carpet must offer fireproofing test report

and specimen. The specimen must be as same as the material used in the exhibition.

Notes: The test report must be issued by provincial or municipal building materials

fireproofing test administration (no less than level B1). The report should not exceed validity

and the final result will be judged by firefighting department.
