EJM manages the largest and most diverse charter fleet in the world. EJM manages up to 40 million miles and 84,700 flight hours per year with an impeccable safety record and is recognized among the industry’s finest for its rigorous safety standards. Along with conducting critical inspected and approved safety programs throughout the organization such as the Safety Management System (SMS) and Emergency Response Program (ERP), EJM is also audited, approved, and certified by the industry’s key third-party audit agencies.

INDUSTRY’S BEST PILOTS

Every EJM pilot is required to exceed the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) training standards and must hold Airline Transport Pilot and First Class Medical certificates. EJM requires a minimum of 3,500 flight hours for captains and 2,500 hours for first officers. All EJM pilots receive advanced simulator training twice a year from industry-leaders FlightSafety International or Bombardier.

And for clients wishing to offset operating costs, EJM provides unmatched charter revenue potential when you are not using your aircraft.

EJM currently manages more than 200 aircraft in locations across the entire U.S. from Bombardier, Cessna, Dassault, Embraer, Gulfstream, and Hawker Beechcraft.

AIRCRAFT CHARTER SERVICES

On-Demand ProgramThe most flexible option to fly privately, EJM’s On-Demand Program gives you the choice for any aircraft in the EJM or approved vendor fleet in the cabin size or aircraft type you prefer. There is no long-term commitment, each trip is individually priced based on available aircraft, and you enjoy the pay-as-you-go model.

Flat-Rate ProgramEJM’s Flat-Rate Program gives a consistent, pre-paid pricing model without repositioning or ferry costs. One simple, refundable deposit gives you access to any of the five aircraft cabin sizes we offer at a consistent, flat rate. Only the cost of the time you are in the aircraft is debited from your deposit.

Charter for CorporationsEJM understands the importance of keeping team members safe and secure and guaranteeing aircraft availability and customized solutions. We have more than 35 years of experience providing assistance to and supplementing corporate flight departments by seamlessly coordinating charter flights alongside flights on company owned aircraft.

EJM offers additional programs that can be tailored to specific and unique needs, including our Cabin-Class Program, City-Pair Program, Block Program, and Point-to-Point Program.
