Social Distancing Driver’s Meeting
Do not get out of your car!The food donations will be picked up for
the church’s food bank.
Tour Route Guidance• The is about 1 hour long so you can make it home to use the restroom.• Wear face masks as appropriate and required.• Drive Slowly and greet the neighbors who will be looking for you to parade by.• Do not pass each other except on El Cajon Blvd. or College Ave.• Watch for unruly children and pets. • Remember to wave and honk to the onlookers.• There are no bathroom stops.• Pull through the circular driveway for “health inspections” on Adams at 56th St. Stay
in your car. • The times on the tour route are approximate. Don’t try to catch up by speeding up,
That is dangerous to the onlookers. Skip some of the route.
Things to look for on the route.• Station # 10 . (4605 62nd ) Honk and cheer our first responders!
• Along the way you should see some signs. Thanks, Gladene.
• There will be a photographer at the Fire Station, at Booth’s House and at theTalmadge traffic circle.
• Watch for pedestrians especially at the traffic circle. • You will be passing the traffic circle twice. If safe and you may continue around the
circle for an extra loop. • You will be passing Jim Price and Joan Sieber’s home on Lorraine in Talmadge. • No other events are happening when you leave Talmadge.

Talmadge is named after the Talmadge sisters (Norma,Natalie and Constance), who were silent film stars. In
1927, the Talmadge sisters opened the Talmadge Park realestate development, which contains streets named for each
of the sisters.
