Govinda Upadhyay, a KIC InnoEnergy graduate, has been ranked #23 of the top 30 under 30 European social entrepreneurs by Forbes Magazine. Govinda founded LEDsafari, a Switzerland-based company that distributes LED-solar powered lamp kits to students in Africa to replace kerosene lamps. Up to today he has deployed 350.000 1$ lamps, allowing children to read at night without smoking the fumes of the kerosene.

Tanmoy Bari, co-founder of our venture Greenely, has been ranked #3 of the top 30 under 30 European social entrepreneurs by Forbes Magazine. In direct relation with Stanford department on social innovation, Greenly is developing the next generation of NZE homes.

In 2013 SolabCool, a dutch SME, erected a new manufacturing

site, created the initial 8 new jobs and disrupt the market with

a product (cold out of wasted heat) developed in an InnoEnergy

project. On the right side we can see the 8 first employees and further on the right the inauguration of the factory by the

Regional Minister of the Dutch Government.
