JOB DESCRIPTIONS1. OPERATIONS 1.1 Audits for LCs regarding SnS, Customer Experience Analysis & NPS analysis.

1.2 Making reports & suggesting plan of action based on the audits. 1.3 Preparing NCB newsletter. 1.4 Consultancy for LCs regarding SnS, Customer Experience Management & NPS. 1.5 Fire fighting over cases of SnS/Quality Delivery along with the Chair

2. TALENT MANAGEMENT 2.1 Tracking implementation of team minimums.

2.2 Solve member complaints/grievances. 2.3 End responsible for TXP.

3. PRODUCT EVOLUTION & PROCESS INNOVATION 3.1 Analyse current product & process delivery.

3.2 Improve current product & process delivery. 3.3 Create & implement modules to regularly track processes & product delivery apart from audits. 3.4 Create new processes

4.1 Develop content for educating members of the whole entity regarding important but less touched upon topics. 4.2 Conduct webinars/sessions with LCPs, LCVPs, TLs, Members regarding the same topic 4.3 Prepare material for programs according to specific requests from the Membership. 4.4 Drive down knowledge of XPP, SnS, Customer Experience Management & NPS to the Team Member Level.

requirements1. Minimum 1 year of active TL experience preferred 2. Clear understanding of AIESEC Vision & The AIESEC Way. 3. Thorough understanding of the specific Job Descriptions. 4. Strong team player. 5. Proficiency in using virtual spaces. 6. Open mindset. 7. Desire to grow.

instructions & guidelines1. Please go through the job descriptions thoroughly before filling the application, and base your answers on the

same. Be as relevant as possible. 2. The font size should be at least 12. There is no restriction in the font style, but please ensure that it is legible. 3. This is your application. Make it as innovative & creative as you want to. 4. The application questionnaire should be of a maximum of 10 pages. 5. In your application Package, the following contents should be there:

Q2. Explain the difference in you as a person before & after you joined AIESEC.

Q3. Prepare a SWOT analysis of AIESEC in Mauritius as an entity for 2015-16.

Q4. Describe in detail how your contribution to the team can be unique and can take the team forward.

Q5. What other roles are you handling inside & outside AIESEC right now? Please give a brief idea of the amount of time you can dedicate to AIESEC in Mauritius on a weekly basis.

Q1. What is the motivation behind you applying for the portfolio of Operations?

Q2. Please give a brief overview of your past experience in conducting audits & creating reports based on them.

Q3. Propose a module for conducting audits for the Local Committees. The module should cover SnS Implementations, NPS Analysis & Customer Experience. Also mention the platforms which you will use (on ground/virtual) and the time frequency of the audits.

Talent Management

Q1. What is the motivation behind you applying for the portfolio of Talent Management?

Q2. Please describe the importance of proper implementation of team minimums for any team operating at any level.

Q3. Propose a module for tracking team minimums & talent capacity at the ECB level. The module should cover team minimums & talent capacity. Also mention the platforms which you will use (on ground/virtual) and the tracking mode in terms of time (continuous/time interval based).
