1. The D epartm ent of Education (DepEd), through the B ureau of Learning R esources (BLR), announces the 3rd National C om petition on Storybook Writing.

2. The com petition aim s to:

a. select and aw ard the best storybooks originally developed by teachers for the K to 3 grade levels;

b. recognize the skills and com petencies of teachers in writing and illustrating stories for children; and

c. collect storybooks for uploading to the Learning Resources Portal.
