TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-

1 The appointment is on Contract Basison fixed monthly contractual emoluments Rs.7810/- per month i.e. initialof the pay band of Rs.5910-20200+1950 G.P.2 The appointment is purely on contract basis and liable to be terminated at any time by serving an one monthnotice from either side viz a viz the appointee or the appointing authority.3. The appointment carries liability to serve in any part of H.P.4. The contractual appointee will be entitled for 3% increase in the contractual remuneration on completion ofone year tenure subject to the further renewal of contractual period of the individual concerned.5 The eo tractual appointee will be entitled for one day casual leave after completion of one month'sservices.This can be accumulated upto one year. No leave of any other kind is admissible to the contractualemployee. However,the contractual appointeewill also be entitled for 135 days maternity leave,10 daysmedicalleaveand5 days special leave.. No leaveof anyother kind is admissibleto the contractual employee.He will not beentitled for medicalreimbursementandmedicaletc.6. Unauthorized absence from the duty without the approval of the controlling officer, shall automatically leads tothe termination of contract. Contract appointee shall not be entitled for contractual remuneration for the periodof absencefrom duty.7. An official appointed on contract basis,who have completed three years tenure at one place of posting, will beeligible for transfer on need basis wherever required on administrative grounds.8. The appointment is further subject to the production of following certificates/documents before joining theduty:-a) Certificate of Medical Fitness issued by the CMO of the concerned district.b) Certificate of Educational Qualification i.e.10+2 from any recognized Board/University/proof of agethereof.c) Character certificate from the Magistrate 1stClassor any Gazetted Officer to whom the candidate is known forthe last three years.d) Certificate of Bonafide Resident of Himachal Pradesh.e) A certificate if he/she belongs to SC/ST/OBC/WFF/IRDP/Ex.Serviceman from the competent authority.f) A declaration that candidate have not /shall not have more than one living husband/wife.g) A declaration to the effect that if any of the information or documents submitted by him/her proved false,her/his serviceswill be terminated.h) The appointment is subject to the verification of her/his character antecedent.I) No TA/DA will be allowed for joining the duty.J) that the appointment is subject to the conditions as laid down vide Pr. Secretary (Health) to the Govt. of H.P.letter No, referred to above ( copy enclosed)

If the above Terms and Conditions are acceptable to them they should report for duty in theoffices concerned mentioned against their names within 15 days failing which the offer will be treated ascancelled.Note :- If any candidate(s) has/have been appointed in such places where vacancy does not exists, theconcerned CMO will place his/her services against any vacant post in the Distt. without referring back thematter to this Directorate. The officials who has/have not been relieved on their transfer to another stationsmay also relieved immediately.
