O projektu Glavni cilj projekta “Ekonomsko osnaživanje Srebrenice” bio je stvaranje boljih mogućnosti za ekonomsko osnaživanje mladih žena i muškaraca u Srebrenici i regionu kroz izgradnju vještina potrebnih tržištu rada, kao i kroz podršku inovativnim poslovnim idejama.
Projekt je implementirao Kolektiv (Posao.ba) u partnerstvu s Opštinom Srebrenica i u saradnji s Udruženjem Prijatelji Srebrenice, te uz podršku Vlade Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva.
Projekt je počeo u februaru 2015. godine, sa istraživanjem o mladima i trenutnoj ekonomskoj situaciji u Srebrenici. Na osnovu istraživanja, projektne intervencije su planirane i implementirane od aprila 2015. do marta 2016. godine.
Rezultati tih intervencija su 80 kreiranih radnih mjesta,6 start-upa, te provedena obuka za 70 mladih osoba.
Projekt se fokusirao na:• direktnu podršku privatnom sektoru za kreiranje novih
radnih mjesta• podršku start-up kompanijama • podršku nezaposlenim osobama za sticanje vještina
potrebnih na tržištu rada i zapošljavanje.
U okviru projekta pokrenut je i Biznis centar Srebrenica koji služi kao prostor za edukaciju i razvoj biznisa.
About the Project The main objective of the project “Economic Empowerment of Srebrenica” was to create better opportunities for economic empowerment of the youth in Srebrenica and the region by supporting market orientated skills development and innovative business ideas.
The project has been implemented by Kolektiv (Posao.ba) in partnership with the Srebrenica Municipality, in cooperation with Association “Friends of Srebrenica” and with the support from the government of the United Kingdom.
The project was initiated in February 2015 with the research on the youth and current economic situation in Srebrenica. Based on this research, project interventions have been planned and implemented from April 2015 to March 2016. The result of these interventions is creation of 80 jobs, six start-up companies, and education of 70 young persons.
The project was focused on:• Direct support to private sector for creating new
jobs • Support to start-ups • Support to unemployed to develop labour market
oriented skills and find a job.
Business Centre Srebrenica was launched as a part of the project, and it serves as a place for education and business development.

Ajša Muhamedbegović-Hasanović, zaposlena u kompaniji CUBE d.o.o. kroz projekt eeS„Imam 23 godine i po struci sam diplomirani pravnik. Odmah po završetku studija 10. jula 2015. godine, nakon nekoliko mjeseci dobila sam posao u Sarajevskoj kocki (kompaniji CUBE d.o.o.) posredstvom projekta EES. Prijavila sam se na učešće u programu EES radi finansijske potrebe te radi dodatne edukacije. Iako ovakav vid posla nije vezan uz moju struku ja ga smatram jako korisnim. Projekt EES je projekt koji je dobrodošao u ovoj regiji i projekt koji je mnogo toga dobroga donio ovdje.“

aBout the coMpaNY
CUBE d.o.o. is a company operating in placement of uniquely designed products at the local and foreign market. The focus is on the “City in the cube” souvenir, developed by CUBE d.o.o. and Aid Rifatbegović, an artist and a designer, author of the “Sarajevo Cube”, the official souvenir of the Municipality of Stari Grad Sarajevo. Currently, CUBE d.o.o. is in cooperation with a sister company, BEYDESIGNS LLC founded in the USA, placing a new brand at the USA market, called the New York cube.

Aid Rifatbegović, founder of CUBE d.o.o. and designer of the Sarajevo Cube.„CUBE d.o.o. is a company which employed a total of 15 young unemployed persons in Srebrenica, and is proud of these activities conducted within the “Economic Empowerment of Srebrenica” project, because we are, in a certain way, giving hope, and receiving it in return, and we are a part of a very professional and dedicated team, Posao.ba.“
Ajša Muhamedebegović-Hasanović, employed at CUBE d.o.o. through the eeS project „I am 23 years old and I am Bachelor of Law. Few months after my graduation, on July 10, 2015, I got a job in the Sarajevo Cube (CUBE d.o.o. company) through the EES project. I applied to participate in the EES project because of finances and additional training. Although this type of job is not related to my vocation, I found it very useful. The EES project is welcome in the region, it is a project that brought many positive things here.“

Kroz finansiranje obuke za CNC operatere, projekt je podržao otvaranje 6 radnih mjesta u novoizgrađenom proizvodnom pogonu kompanije Mag-Mal u Skelanima. Ovime su mladi ljudi dobili ne samo posao već i obuku za zanimanje koje je vrlo traženo na tržištu rada BiH kao i u svijetu.

Kompanija MAG-MAL d.o.o. nastala je kao rezultat udruživanja iskustva u oblasti dizajna i projektovanja tehničkih proizvoda s jedne strane i iskustva u projektovanju i izradi alata za brizganje plastike s druge strane. Preciznije, MAG-MAL d.o.o. se bavi konstrukcijom i izradom alata za brizganje i duvanje plastičnih dijelova, alata za plastično deformisanje lima kao i alata za izradu pakovanja za konditorske proizvode. U pogonima plastike se, također, brizgaju pozicije za auto industriju, elektro industriju, građevinarstvo i industriju namještaja, a sve u skladu sa zahtjevima kupaca.

Nebojša Stevanović, direktor kompanije MAG-MAL “MAG-MAL d.o.o. je u augustu 2015. godine potpisala ugovor sa kompanijom Kolektiv d.o.o. (Posao.ba) s ciljem da mladim ljudima iz Srebrenice pruži mogućnost da lakše dođu do zaposlenja. Pomoć koju smo dobili kroz projekt EES nam je umnogome olakšala početak poslovanja i omogućila lakše zapošljavanje mladih ljudi s područja srebreničke opštine. Kompanija MAG-MAL je uspjela uspješno da zaposli 6 novih radnika. Smatramo da projekt Ekonomskog osnaživanja Srebrenice ima izuzetan značaj za Srebrenicu i posebno za ostanak mladih ljudi na ovom području.”
Bojan Pečenica (Srebrenica), radnik u kompaniji MAG-MAL, zaposlen kroz projekt eeS „Imam 29 godina i završio sam osnovnu školu. Od decembra 2015. godine sam kroz projekt EES zaposlen na poziciji CNC operatera u kompaniji MAG-MAL i jako sam sretan. Iako sam od svoje 16. godine radio samo sezonske poslove, mnogo mi znači činjenica da sada imam stalni posao. Najveći motiv za prijavu na učešće u projektu EES mi je želja za napredovanjem u ovome što radim. U Srebrenici sam čitav život i zato sam i odlučio da ovdje potražim posao jer mislim da nema potrebe ići negdje drugo.“

through the funding of training for cNc operators, the project supported the opening of 6 jobs in the newly built production facility of the company Mag - Mal in Skelani. hereby, the young people got not only a job, but also the training for a profession that is highly sought after in the labour market of Bosnia and herzegovina as well as in the world.
aBout the coMpaNY
MAG-MAL d.o.o. was founded as a result of merger of experience in design and planning of technical products on one hand, and experience in design and production of plastic injection tools on the other hand. More precisely, MAG-MAL operates in construction and production of tools for injection and blow moulding , tools for plastic deformation of sheet metals and tools used in packaging of confectionery products. In the plastics plants injection of positions for car industry, electro industry, construction and furniture industry is performed, all in accordance with the clients’ demands.

Nebojša Stevanović, manager of MAG-MAL“In August 2015 MAG-MAL d.o.o. signed an agreement with Kolektiv d.o.o. (Posao.ba) with the aim of providing the young people in Srebrenica a chance to find a job easier. The assistance we received through the EES project made the beginning of our business operations easier, and it enabled easier employment of the young people from the Srebrenica Municipality. The MAG-MAL company managed to employ six new employees. We believe that the Economic Empowerment of Srebrenica project is of great significance for Srebrenica, especially as an incentive for the young to stay in this area.”
Bojan Pečenica (Srebrenica), employed at MAG-MAL company through the eeS project„I am 29 years old, and I have finished primary school. I have been employed as a CNC operator in MAG-MAL company from December 2015 and I am very satisfied. Since I have been doing only seasonal jobs since I was 16, the fact that I have permanent employment now is very important to me. What inspired me to apply for participation in the EES is the desire to achieve progress in my current employment. I have lived in Srebrenica all my life, and this is why I decided to look for a job here, because I believe there is no need to go somewhere else.“

Osnovna djelatnost kompanije Srebreničanka je proizvodnja različitih proizvoda na bazi krompira: pomfrit i niz drugih poluprženih ili kuhanih proizvoda kao što su: kriške krompira različitog oblika, sitne kockice, polukuhani oguljeni krompir i sl. Efekti od izgradnje fabrike Srebreničanka za preradu krompira su značajni i višestruki: zapošljavanje 50 radnika u proizvodnji pomfrita i drugih proizvoda na bazi krompira; indirektno uključivanje više stotina poljoprivrednih proizvođača u proizvodnji industrijskog krompira što će povećati ekonomsku moć
Projekt je podržao i jednu od najvećih investicija u Srebrenici u poslijeratnom periodu, kompaniju Srebreničanka, koja će zaposliti oko 50 radnika različitih profila. Projekt je podržao nabavku opreme, osigurao stručnu podršku za uspostavljanje proizvodnog procesa te posredovao u odabiru budućih zaposlenika kompanije.

Udruženje „Silver media“ je udruženje koje se bavi modernim medijima, društvenim mrežama i vodi info portal eSrebrenica.ba. Ovaj portal je jedan od najčitanijih news portala u regiji istočne BiH i pokriva vijesti iz opštine Srebrenica iz domena kulture, sporta, turizma, ekonomije, mladih i zabave. cilj portala eSrebrenica.ba je da pruži neutralan prostor za mlade ljude, komunikaciju i kreativne inicijative za poboljšanje odnosa između zajednica, podsticanje ekonomskog razvoja i mogućnosti za zapošljavanje, edukaciju i informisanje.
Udruženje Silver Media je uz podršku projekta obučilo i zaposlilo dvoje mladih ljudi. Njima će novostečene vještine u multimedijalnom novinarstvu i društvenim medijima podići konkurentnost, ne samo na lokalnom tržištu rada, već i u cijeloj BiH. Za projekt je posebno važna činjenica da mladima može pružiti priliku za zaposlenje na poslovima koji su veoma atraktivni i izazovni za njih.

Rasim Memagić, direktor kompanije ALMA-RAS „ALMA-RAS je sa svojim radom u Srebrenici započela još 2006. godine otvorivši svoj treći pogon, da bi već 2011. godine zbog sve veće potražnje za proizvodima proširila svoje kapacitete i otvorila adaptirani prostor, opremljen novim, savremenim strojevima i zaposlila 30 novih radnika. Nastavak uspješnog poslovanja bio je u 2015.-oj godini kada je ALMA-RAS uz podršku projekta „Ekonomsko osnaživanje Srebrenice“ pružila mogućnost zaposlenja za još 10 novih šivača sa područja Srebrenice, te ukupno broji 63 radnika u ovom pogonu. Svi radnici pokazali su interes i volju za radom, te su nakon obuke sa stručnim timom ostali u ALMA-RAS kompaniji kao stalni zaposlenici.“

Prilika koju sam dobila zaposlenjem u kompaniji ALMA-RAS predstavlja bolju perspektivu za mene, moju porodicu i moju budućnost. U ovoj kompaniji mi je dobro, odgovoran je posao ali i jako cijenjen, osjećam da sam dosta toga naučila i zahvaljujem se na ukazanoj prilici.“

Nedostatak kvalifikovane radne snage bio je jedna od glavnih prepreka za otvaranje novih radnih mjesta u kompaniji alma ras u Srebrenici. kroz sufinansiranje obuke za šivače te posredovanjem u odabiru budućih zaposlenika, projekt je podržao kreiranje 10 novih radnih mjesta u pogonu ove kompanije u Srebrenici. Tokom tromjesečne obuke, treneri i mentori Alme Ras kao i polaznici obuke odnosno novozaposleni, pokazali su visok nivo odgovornosti i posvećenosti ovom zadatku. To je rezultiralo dugoročnim zapošljavanjem 10 mladih osoba koje su pored toga obučene za jedno od veoma traženih zanimanja na tržištu rada u BiH.

Rasim Memagić, manager of the ALMA-RAS company„ALMA-RAS started operating in Srebrenica in 2006, where our third plant was opened, and in 2011, because of increased demand for our products, it extended its capacities and opened an adapted space, equipped with new, modern machines, and employed 30 new workers. We continued successful business operations in 2015, when ALMA-RAS, with the support of the Economic Empowerment of Srebrenica project, enabled employment of 10 new seamstresses from Srebrenica, whereby we have a total of 63 employees in this plant. All employees have demonstrated interest and desire to work, and upon training performed with the expert team, they remained in ALMA-RAS as its permanent employees.“

Lack of skilled work force was one of the main obstacles to job creation in the company Alma Ras in Srebrenica. Through co-financing of training for sewing, and mediation in the selection of future employees, the project supported the creation of 10 new jobs at the facility of the company in Srebrenica. During the three-month training, coaches and mentors of alma ras as well as trainees and new employees, showed a high level of responsibility and commitment to this task. This resulted in long-term employment of 10 young people who are trained in one of the most sought after professions in the labour market in Bih.

Volim svoj posao, želim da radim, mislim da sam dovoljno sposobna i uporna i da mogu voditi sopstveni biznis koji će opstati. Nadam se da ću dobiti priliku da se ostvarim kao uspešna preduzetnica.”

Prijavila sam se da učestvujem u projektu zbog ukazane prilike da pokrenem sopstveni biznis i za mene ovo predstavlja veliko iskustvo, pre svega mogućnost da naučim mnoge stvari o poslovanju i dobijem korisne savete za otvaranje preduzeća. U bliskoj budućnosti se nadam uspehu pri poslovanju, uspešnoj saradnji sa drugim firmama i otvaranju novih radnih mesta.”

Fatih je registrovao turističku agenciju “Temmuz” i radi na privlačenju prvih klijenata.
