In 2006, the BU41 Fantasy Football League began its operations with four teams: Minnesota Huskies, Jamaican Jerks, Chocolate
Moose, and Thunder Cats. Under the original format, each team was allowed one QB, two RBs, TEs, and WRs, one D, and
one K. Several rule-changes and a series of aggressive expansions later, the BFL now exits as a two-conference league with eight members. 2015 will be the league’s 10th season and
we look forward to many more years to come!

BFL Weekly 5
The 2015 edition of the Eccentric Falcons opened up this year’s draft by selecting the most consistent top-tier QB in the
league. Former league MVP Aaron Rodgers put up big numbers in 2015 (24.1 PPG) and always plays well come playoff season. The Falcons are looking for a repeat appearance in the
BFL Championship, and hope that an upgraded QB position will punch their ticket to the big game. The Packer’s loaded offense and relatively easy schedule leaves the signal-caller
primed and ready for another MVP caliber season.

#6 OVERALL
Peterson’s year long suspension has ended and the Herd are hoping he has a return to his
2013 form.
HIGHLIGHTS
High-risk selections at RB could pay off big or spell their doom. Flyers on Daniels and Agholor were eye-raisers, but kept with
the theme of potential.

MATT FORTE, RB
#8 OVERALL
Forte’s consistent play was a big draw for the Penguins at the
end of the 1st round.
HIGHLIGHTS
Potential abounds, yet many high-risk draftees on the roster. Spiller should have a career year, but TE and bench play will prove
troublesome without some additions.

APPLE CLASSIC - GAME 1The Huskies and the Leatherbacks open up the season with the first
installment of the Apple Classic. The Huskies won the Classic 2-1 last year and look to start the season on the right foot.
MIDWEST SLUGFEST - GAME 1 After three close matches in the slugfest last year, the Herd look to retain the Golden Boot as well as the Olson Memorial Trophy.
The season is sure to start with a bang for these two rivals.

BATTLE FOR BOR - GAME 1 Being the only Original-Four rivals, the Knights and Moose have a
long history of heated contests. After a 2-1 season split, the Moose look to keep Bor in their trophy case.
QUEEN’S CUP - GAME 1 The Falcons dominated the 2014 edition of the Queen’s Cup, winning all three games against the Gents on their way to the
league title game. Will the Falcons retain the Cup in 2015?

Fantasy Cast
Stars of the Week
Unavailables
LeVEON BELL, RB
Bell’s suspension was reduced to only two
games, but that still leaves him unavailable for your
lineup in Week 1.
TOM BRADY, QB
Brady is still under league suspension and will likely serve the full sentence of four games to start the
season.
ARIAN FOSTER, RB
The Texans RB tore his groin muscle and was
placed on IR. He’ll be out for at least the first 8 games of the season.
EDDIE LACY, RB
The Packer’s bulldozer should roll right into 2015 facing a suspect Chicago
defense. Look for the Pack attack to ground their way to a big game.
ANDRIAN PETERSON, RB
Whether due to a drive for vengeance or the fact that he's facing a San Fran defense that was decimated over the off-season, Peterson looks to start the year off big.
BFL Weekly 17
DARREN McFADDEN, RB
McFadden is likely to miss most of the preseason
with hamstring issues and is unlikely to garner many, if any, touches in Week 1.
DENNIS PITTA, TE
The Ravens TE is likely to miss the first 6 games of the seasons with lingering
issues following hip surgery this offseason.
STEVAN RIDLEY, RB
The now Jets RB is still feeling the effects of off-
season MCL/ACL surgery and is likely to start the season riding the bench.
one up / one down
RYAN TANNEHILL, QB
The Dolphins QB is looking to crack the starter’s list in 2015 after finishing 9th in 2014. He should get plenty of help from
his new assortment of weapons.
DREW BREES, QB
2015 is starting to look like the decline for the long-time fantasy star. Brees lost most of his top targets and had his offensive line
decimated by free agency.
