Join the Fremont K-Kids and the American Cancer Society by lighting a candle in honor of someone who is a survivor or is currently battling cancer, or in memory of someone who has lost the battle with cancer. Your loving message will be written on a lu-minaria bag and placed around the track to shine brightly in the night at the upcoming Relay for Life at Clark Magnet High School being held May 5 - 6. The luminaria ceremony will be held at 9:00 p.m. on May 5. The names of all individuals who have been hon-ored or remembered will be read aloud. Luminarias can be dedicated whether you attend the ceremony or not. Please complete the form, shown on page A.2 and available on Peachjar, and turn it in to your teacher or the front office along with your donation (we suggest $10 per Luminaria) no later than Wednesday, May 2. Checks can be made out to American Cancer Society.
