CALL TO CONFESSION, Romans 8:39, NRSV - Steve Sweet, Kathy Sizer L: We know that nothing is able to separate us from the love of God in Jesus Christ. Let us in freedom confess the wrong we have done. Let us pray:

PRAYER OF CONFESSION (Unison) - Steve Sweet, Kathy SizerLord, bring new life where we are worn and tired; new love where we have turned hard-hearted;forgiveness where we feel hurt and where we have wounded; and the joy and freedom of your Holy Spirit where we are prisoners of ourselves.

    (Moment for Personal Silent Confession.)

The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. I declare to you in the name of Jesus Christ, we are forgiven.P: Thanks be to God. Amen!

MESSAGE: EASTER JOY - Jerry Tankersley

I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.I believe in Jesus Christ, Gods only Son, our Lord. Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again; he ascended into heaven, he is seated at the right hand of the Father, and he will come again to judge the living and the dead.I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.

Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.
