What do we expect from the airline and handler?
Company Instructions Manual 2016. Emergencyresponse plan (ERP) of airline should cover:
CVO representative 24/7 Representatives at reunion siteRepresentative for press relationsComplete passenger list within 2 hoursNOTOC as soon as possibleArrangements for uninjured, meeters/greeters, staffTraining plan per employee with crisis role

Workshop: aircraft on fire on runway
Shortly before take-off, a fire occurs in the aircraft. Take-off is rejectedand aircraft is evacuated with use of slides. 5 people are heavily injured, 35 people are injured. 35 people are uninjured. Aircraft is inoperable. 2 separate groups, same questions:• What happens at the airport? • Where is your staff? • What happens at the head-office? • What processes are going on?
