Hello Everyone
I hope everyone is enjoying the tennis, strawberries, occasional sunshine andwelcome showers for the gardeners!
Our last meeting was very enjoyable withso many of you bringing books to talkabout and quilts to show. Thank you toeveryone who participated in the fun!Perhaps the book evening could becomean annual event – what do you think?
This month we have a practical project foreveryone to make – stitched postcards.
You will be able to try ‘colouring in’ withwax crayons on fabric then adding simplestitching. You don’t have to be artisiticbecause you can trace a picture from acolouring book! There are a range ofdesigns to choose from: flowers, cupcakes, brollies, Russian dolls etc oryou can draw your own design.
