Ygl’s 7th Annual General Meeting was held at Gurney Resort Hotel, Penang on
30 June 2011 at 11.00a.m. to receive the Director’s Report and the Audited
Financial Statement for the financial year ended 31 December 2010 together
with the Auditors’ Report.
Mr. Yeap KC, CEO of Ygl, took this opportunity to extend his appreciation
to the valued shareholders for believing in Ygl, business partners for
working with Ygl in providing the most effective business solutions, Board
members for their wisdom and advice, management team and employees
for their dedication and contribution and shareholders for their confidence
in Ygl.
28th June 2011 - The installation of the YGL logo at the
corporate office has been completed. The symbolic icon
headquarters of YGL worldwide has move forward to
the next level.
